Looks yummy. Don’t know why I always seem to forget Korean beef when meal planing. We love impossible burgers, only used as other ground beef substitute a few other ways. Definitely going to try this! Thanks for the idea.

Great recipe lots of fun and quick to make also I remember my mom cooking Korean rice bowls she would sometimes use chicken or fish once in while. She also knows Chinese, American, Filipino and other dishes. I try making this recipe for her I bet she love it

I've loved this recipe for years, but I've never tried it with Impossible non-Meat! I guess it's high time I find some and give it a shot. I couldn't believe how much it looks like regular ground beef during preparation!!

What are Impossible "meats" made of?
Impossible meat is a combination of GMO soy products, vegetable oils, natural flavors, yeast extracts, chemical binders, and a highly engineered soy compound that gives the red tinge when cut open. This soy compound is called Soy Leghemoglobin and was previously banned by the FDA.

I love the impossible beef. My daughter has been working in Korea and when I went to visit in the autumn I brought home a lot of there sauces. I’ll give this a go with the sauces I have.

What's impossible beef? I have never heard of this, I only know of quorn and groundbeef lol
