We made an approximation of this for dinner tonight but had to make two substitutions: instead of the fermented shrimp paste, we used fish sauce, and our squash was a large zucchini from the garden. We loved it! It was great with homemade kimchi.
I love how you make so many healthy dishes. Lots of vegetables with minimal meat. Delicious and visually appealing.

Rather than squash, my grandmother would send us grandkids out to pick young asparagus or crab apples from her garden :) Grandmas really have the best cooking

Maangchi, I made this dish tonight, and it was very delicious!
I didn't have time to get Korean peppers, though, so I used a Serrano and a "sweet" Banana pepper that turned out to be hot not sweet 😂I love spicy food, so it was great.
