Today I have a very unique and super delicious and easy potato mac and cheese pie in an oven . However if you don't have an oven you can make it in a pan also covered and cook for 15 mins on low flame to melt the cheese .
The recipe is fairly simple and is very flavorful and heavy on the stomach thus making it a perfect choice for dinner . You can taste potatoes and cheese and tomato macaroni flavor in every bit . The cheese and eggs bind all the flavors together. You have to try this recipe for dinner if you have 5 potatoes at home .
