The girl your probably speaking of is named Veronica Mii she uses a clear placemat to pull paint across her canvases. She is very good as well taking a dirty pour even deeper creating geometric patterns, giant bubbles, a scenery with plants, and the use of gold leaf is truly remarkable.
The ‘paper’ you mentioned at the beginning is called YUPO… and it’s really neat stuff… it’s what I used when I first got into pouring… it’s a little more economical and the size is a comfortable place for beginners to not feel overwhelmed or waste a bunch of paint if the creation doesnt quite turn out lol…
Wow really cool looking, thank you for taking the time to show us this. I haven't painted in about a year because I messed up my shoulder and had a reverse shoulder replacement surgery over the summer. Hoping to get back into it this summer, I've missed it. Love watching your videos.
I am so going to save this video for a reference! You gave so much consise information and great tips too. And I also got some chuckles from your narration which is a bonus.👍😆
Wow! Just before you started adding the oil it looked really gorgeous, almost like one of those clear glass marbles with the colourful swirl in the centre. So cool looking! Experimenting to see what effects you get is a ton of fun and you never know what you will discover. For example you now know that layering your colours as you did will create a giant marble on your canvas. 😂 It would be cool to see how that stretches out - J Mo Painting gets some really cool effects with layering and the translucency of the paints that can be really pretty. It's usually how he starts his chameleon cell pours.
There's a cell in there that looks exactly like a fried egg with a pink yolk! I've never seen a cell like that. LOVE. The stretched RainX cells turned out interesting. I do remember the painting you did where you sprayed it on and got all of the flowers. From flowers to jellyfish. Cool! Thanks for the experiment.
This is beautiful and I'm so glad I came across this! I'm new to pouring and I've tried everything to get cells. I have not had much luck and now I'm going to try this! 🤞🏼
Clever girl! Thank you Gina😊 I watched her video too. Thanks for trying and sharing if anyone could approach this science you're that brain. Thank you. Sandie from Canada
You must be a science/art teacher! Your tutorials are so scientific, experimental and educational. Thanks so much for sharing!! Came out spectacular for 3 primary colors! I’m putting RainEx in my cart! 😂😁😍 ✌️💜😊
I've done a few experiments with RainX in the spray bottle. Just did a standard pour then held the bottle a couple of feet above the canvas (and off to one side since it's a spray), sprayed once and let the mist fall to the canvas. Gives a cool effect.
As a 10+ vet soap maker who has a lot of different oils in the cupboard, imagine finding out hair serums, oils and silicone were being used in acrylic pouring🥳 Ive already started to plot out oils to try such as cranbe oil[weird stuff] Then id like to try linseed oil in floetrol, rumor has it that its linseed oil that the aussie floetrol has. I wonder if any of the polysorbate 20/80 emulsifiers have any use🤔 Yes i am new to the pouring world, its been brushes or spray paint, thats all id known. This pouring thang.......is addictive. [then again, so is spray painting😏] Either way, i see many experiments in future!
Would you have considered putting a drop of silicone on those difficult to cover edges? I think I will have to try that. It might be a good idea for me to try in fluorescent paints for my grandsons. Or in neon. It should really look amazing under black lights! Thanks for the idea!!
After you're finished spinning and it dries, what is the final thing you do to complete the art? Does it have to be cleaned off? Can you just use a spray sealant? I'm trying to be as cost effective as possible
Thank you for trying out things for us! I wonder if you could get different effects with the RainX if you add it to the paint before putting it in the flip cup
I just cant get cells. As soon as it starts drying my cells just break app. I've used both mediums. Get more with flowtrol but still breaks up. Can't use the expensive. I do ha e liquitex and artist loft. Have quite a bit of crafts art and I hate it. Also my colors just sink under pillow coat and it looks like my pints are even but I guess not. I just don't know. Can't afford to mess up much. Have also tried different silicone oils and even coconut oils still Can't get cells
Gina, how do you clean the silicone off the painting when it's dry? I had gotten away from using silicone because I never seem to clean it well enough, but I love what you did and would love to try it
Sprinkle cornstarch on the canvas after its cured. Smear it all over the canvas and let it sit for a day. Come back and dust it all off. That's always worked for me.
It turned out very cool, I would like to repeat how the war ends, but to my regret, I don’t know English and didn’t understand that this dissolves acrylic paint. If possible, please write what it is
Without a doubt, the biggest cells I’ve EVER seen! Book of World records, there you go!! ❤
Bravo Gina! Thank you for experimenting for us! Your way to create giant cells is so much easier 🥰🇨🇦
So pretty…I love the different colors within each cell 🌸
This makes me think of Millefiore glass beads, especially the cells which ended up with rings of colour.
Thank you for sharing and experimenting for us to learn! This was so cool to see! Bravo, you figured it out I think👏🏻🇨🇦

Gina, thank you for sharing the different reactions with different oils. This is absolutely gorgeous! ❤❤❤
I really appreciate you doing this experiment with oils to compare cells. Thank you very much. Can’t wait to try them.
Whoa, how exciting you inspire me my first pour was today i know its a low score but still i tried. Thanks for sharing i love it so muck
Stunning Gina!!! ❤️❤️
Love all the different cells - they are so nice and colorful. Thank you so much for sharing.

Gina, thanks for sharing ❤️ you are a great instructor. I can't wait to get my fluid art cards. The cells are amazing 🎉

So beautiful Gina! Thank you for
sharing!!♥️
Maybe try: make cells with oil, spin most of the way, then do cells inside cells and in between with rainX, then only spin a little.
Het is prachtig mooi geworden
That’s super cool 😎
I am in love with this style so lovely.
Love watchibgbwhat you do!
That looks so cool!
That was awesome! I have to get me some RainX now. Thank you for doing the experiment!
Thank you for sharing your brilliance
Beautiful!

Holy cow that’s awesome. Love ❤️ this
I loved this! ❤Thanks for sharing your experiment!
Love it!
Really cool Gina! I gotta make some gigantic Rain-X jellyfish😊
Very nice! 👍
😊 I love it so much 💓
Should try putting a lil oil on a toothbrush and spackle a bit on there like the artists do with white paint to do stars 🤔🤔🤔

I like it a lot!
Woah! That's cool! I wanna tryyyy! 😃
Very cool!
So cool!
Very beautiful
Love you ART with those liquids ( whatever) ; its so beautiful a d clever❤
Check out polychromatic mess. She has been using WD-40 to make flowers. This is a fun painting.❤
Wow
BEAUTIFUL. I LEARNED SPIN OPOSITE WAY TO COVER CORNERS
Would you have considered putting a drop of silicone on those difficult to cover edges? I think I will have to try that. It might be a good idea for me to try in fluorescent paints for my grandsons. Or in neon. It should really look amazing under black lights! Thanks for the idea!!
Fantastic. What size canvas and cup did u use please?❤
Phew!!! That was a long ride..
Man, finding bigger colorful compartments would be a tough...cell 😎
Very cool!❤
Thank you! 🙏
Saving. Very interesting.
millefiori - bellissimo

Slow is the best speed we can stay in charge.
You can take this back and try your ABALONE shell👍🏼
That was one of the thoughts I had. Would this work with metallics? That could give me the effect I want.
Nice
Very cool 😎
That would be great on a 4' x 4' ?
Is there a way you can go live? Then we can all scream STOP! LoL 😅
Hi Gina, this is amazing! Could you please explain what Rainey is? Also
O I’m wondering if you’ve ever heard of BoomGel? Thanks so much!

Where can i find a spinner like that ( with the handle)
Gina, how do you finish the backs of your paintings?
RainX have lots of products. Which one are you using? 🤗
It turned out very cool, I would like to repeat how the war ends, but to my regret, I don’t know English and didn’t understand that this dissolves acrylic paint. If possible, please write what it is
What do you use for a spinner
Where did you get your spinner?
~*~ ??? What is that bar holding the canvas on your spinner? ~*~
Question is - are all the oils equally easy to wash off the canvas?
No. The Ogx is stubborn. The Hask and RainX come off easier.
Some people call those chameleon cells
It was POLYSTYRENE, I saw that last night also🤪
love it but we need to figure oil mix with hair products and silicone
What size is your canvas
Oops sorry… I meant Rain-ex.
Ahhh chameleon cells.
What is your base coat ratio
What is your process or mixture?
I don’t understand how people will follow this.
Where do u get Rain-ex?
You can get it from an automotive goods or general store. Don't know where you're located but Auto Zone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, or Walmart.
It's Rain-X.
Můžeta použít Češtinu 🤔🤔🤔🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰
Not about this video but a question about an old video. When you varnish with auto sponge and panty hose do you moisten the sponge first?
Nice
