Hey bro, I went through prolonged exposure therapy through the VA... I recommend it. It's hard, but it helps you deal with the worst of the memories. I also did all my stuff on video chat (and phone calls). I've been out since 2007, and had a hard time even walking into a VA. It works for most people that have been in very traumatic situations. I told myself when I got out, that I was all set, and didn't need help... I was wrong.
If you're not already doing it (prolonged exposure) maybe try it out. Thanks for your service brother, stay safe and keep your head up.

But about the 2nd time he said Allie Boy was a Genovese....The whole reason I thought that to fucking start with was because most search results of "Allie Boy" return Alphonse Persico. And so do at least half the ones for "Alexander 'Allie Boy' Cuomo".

Better Help were shown to be scumbags a couple of years ago, a few youtubers reputations were badly damaged just for pushing them. I don't know what's happened to better help in the time between then and now but they'd have to do Jesus type miracles to redeem themselves to the UA-cam viewership. Look into it please, Sammy, or Sammy's people, whoever reads the comments, and I'd seriously drop them, the money isn't worth having your viewers/fans leave you, which is what happened to a lot of other UA-camts when it happened.
