Strange as it sounds Tony was the perfect counterbalance for Gibbs. Gibbs was the strict disciplined straight man Tony was the chilled spontaneous wise guy. Gibbs had rules and a code Tony always was the creative thinker. After he was gone no one seemed to be able to serve the purpose Tony did when he was Gibbs’ right hand. And his ending is a parallel to his boss Gibbs who lost his own daughter which put him on the path to NCIS Tony discovered his own daughter gave him the strength to walk away.
Abby left two years later, Ellie and Gibbs left two years after that. Sadly we lost ducky last year. The only people left in this scene at NCIS as of 2024 is Palmer, McGee and Vance.
Even tho it’s sad I’m still really happy I was born in a time where I got to experience shows like NCIS when it was at its peak. But after Tony leaving I just knew it wasn’t going to be the same. And I was right after Tony and Ziva, it was bishop, Gibbs now Ducky. And I just knew someday soon it’s gonna be McQee and Jimmy. And nothing will replace the original NCIS team
I think that this is a decision that Kate would've been damn proud of Tony for doing I mean putting his daughter above his career talk about an adult decision
Absolutely, and I love the touch that they put Kate's picture with Tony in his box, and it had been 11 years since her death. Kate would have adored Tali.
Funny thing about the Bull series finale: Sasha Alexander was in that episode. Sasha Alexander played Kate Todd. Of course, MW could've been just as courteous and done a cameo on Rizzoli & Isles... *Gibbs Slap*
On one hand this was the episode where Tony finally "grew up" in a way. He wasn't childish or something but suddenly he had the responsibility for a small life...not just his own. And you could see him grow with that. On the other hand this was the episode where I started to say goodbye to this show. I kept watching for a while but it just wasn't the same anymore.
I agree tbh… the team of Gibbs, Tony, Tim, Ziva, Ducky, Abby, Vance, and Palmer could really never be beaten. To me, those were the peak days. I recently went through and rewatched them, and love those seasons more than anything. It just wasn’t the same after Tony left.. but luckily, we have a spinoff on the way.
@@ccaulkins94 No, they wouldn't have. They were more like younger brother and older sister. Much like Tony and Bishop are big brother and little sister.
NCIS isn't the same anymore. No Ducky, Abby, Tony, Zeva and Kate which I miss watching the show. The new characters are dull and boring which I fall asleep to if I chose to watch it.
Its boring AF. I couldnt stand Bishop, and Torrres and the new girl feel like the C TEAM. I'm REALLY looking forward to the new TIVA show, but I dont think we'll see that till 2025
Because we all know how ‘Rumours’ and hearsay by people who have nothing else better to do with miserably little lives than to spread hate and false information are super reliable and trustworthy!
I have to question the veracity of those reports, because if he was so terrible would Cote de Pablo be so anxious to work with him again? They have stayed very close by all accounts and been looking for a project they could do together.
@@ryanclark7962 Oh yeah. The shit we get fed is the true story. Harvey Weinstein was on the up and up. Bob Barker didn’t harass the Showcase girls. This shot has been going on and been covered up since the 30’s

Well Said
I’m agreed with this so much

I sure miss seeing Tony. As crazy and goofy he acts, he still is a kind person and has a heart the size of Texas

I was so sad when Kate died but Ziva came in and just ended up being the perfect replacement she will forever be apart of the OG team
love how Gibbs is human when it's needed

Just happy that Tony is happy with his family I’m literally can’t wait for this spin off with Ziva and Tony
End of an era. This was actually the last full episode I watched. I was done after this.

The picture of Tony and Kate kills me 😥
They definitely would have become a couple if she hadn’t been killed. But I like that Tony kept that photo as a way to remember her.

Aren't Tony, Zeva and Tali alive and in hiding as a family?
Tony didn't know that Ziva was alive at this point. To him, it was just Tony and Tali.
Why aren’t there any scenes with Gibbs and Tali? He loves children and he loves Tony.
Have I really.lost you? Gladden you are in TAli's life bur nor happy at how I am treated. I deserve love too.
The show bull i didnt likevat all. Thete was no dynamic as on ncis.
If the rumors of his behavior are what was said by his co-stars…he ruined the show for many and caused many to leave
What rumours? 😂 He's literally friends with all his co stars from ncis 😂

There were probably problems with an actress and ambiguous statements from Michael Weatherly in his BULL series.

so ncis turned into a soap
huh? what do you mean?
@@naedot.9779 this episode was pure melodrama just like a soap.
