Does DiNozzo have a not funny moments? This character is so well written, it's almost godlike. And the best part was he having to care for Duck's mother :D :D

I believe the funniest part occurred near 1:20-2:43 for Season 2 Episode 4 once Dinozzo spills his special drink near his groin along with spilling coffee (which I've always wondered if Dinozzo had a case of bad luck with either spilling his own drink or somebody else for some cuckoo reason) & 14:38-15:10 during the so called shower decontamination sequence for Season 2 Episode 22.
I dont know, I kinda found her a bit flat. But that could also be I don't feel any of their characters developed for at least 3 seasons. Usually after first season of a series the characters have started to be fleshed out but none of them really grew until S4 onwards.

Tony should've been paired with Kate for that (Gibbs would have gone somewhat easy on McGee and it would've given Tim some much-needed opportunity to 'grow a pair' [who knows? Maybe he gets "Deep Six" done faster {and with Kate in it!} If he had gotten in the ring with Gibbs...] which we all wanted him to do back then...)
I actually made these using my NCIS dvd boxsets. I think it depends where you live but here the whole show is free if you have Disney Plus. It might also be on some streaming sites like putlocker. Not sure about downloading though. 🤔
