I always thought Tony should have taken over the team when Gibbs retired. I would have continued to watch the show.
For me the time with Jenny will allways be my favorite time on NCIS. Not just because i love her character but i think those episodes where the best.
They did a great job with this when I first saw it I thought that they actually killed him off. That show went down hill when he left
