Dragon Ball Sparking Zero | They're doing this! what's going on you guys this is your boy RBG aka the random black gamer bringing you another video on Dragon Ball sparking zero this game is a meeting a major hype Aura the likes of which we've never seen before and we can't stop talking about all the different possibilities we could see with it although it's been a while since we've gotten any word from the officials such as camico Bandai and Spike tun soft it hasn't stopped us from picking up Clues from other means such as the V Jump magazine there's a lot to discover and we have a lot to go over in today's video but before we dive into the topic at hand I want to ask you guys to do me the biggest favor and like this video yeah I know it's annoying getting that request at the very beginning but UA-cam's algorithm sort of encourage it so if you rock with your boy and you know I'm going to bring you that awesome content then smash that like button and if by any chance you made it to the end of this video and you feel like you wasted 10 minutes of your precious time that you can't get back then by all means take that like back and give it a dislike just rate the video but yeah guys the theories don't stop when it comes to Dragon Ball sparking zero considering it's the fourth installment in the tin kaii series there's a lot of things you want to see make a return from those games and there's also an equal amount of things that we want to see get introduced.
There's a possibility we could see a trailer soon. Possibly today?! Also what are your thoughts on DLC characters?

@RandomBlackGamer it's not one of those games that can't handle it, and it feels essential, it don't feel right for it to not be local multilayer

I hope they do what mortal combat did and have unique intro dialogues
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and Raging Blasts 1 & 2 all had intro dialogue that could change depending on which characters were out, so it's a fairly safe bet that it'll be a thing here. (If you need more proof, Dragon Ball FighterZ also has unique intro cutscenes and that's a modern installment)
It'd be weird if this _wasn't_ a feature in Sparking! ZERO tbh
I agree we could see them extend the roster number with DLC. My guess is that the 164 number is the launch roster and we'll see that extended.
Think about what they did with Xenoverse 2 DLC.
That's definitely it. 164 with DLC included would be incredibly dissapointing.
If the rumours from the leaks are true it’d be sick to see wt chi chi playable in a console game again plus stuff like vegetto as well as ui goku is sick to see.
I'd love to see kid Chi Chi and World Tournament Chi Chi.

DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi Sparking Zero will be a Masterpiece. Despite all the DBZ games that have come out over the years, BT1 has the most badass and authentic Intro of all of DBZ games of the Franchise. BT2 and BT3 in my opinion still remains the most Unique and the best DBZ games in terms of content, quality and fanservices. And from the gameplay perspective aspects, these DBZ games that I mentioned are very close to the anime itself because of the Vibe and Charm, I don't know how to describe it but it was, and still is the most Unique DBZ experience you could have with the combat factor. (- Sheer amount de of characters
- Transformations mid-battle (powering up and down)
- Fusions mid-battle
- Fast gameplay that has that "woah" feel
- Tons of extra content
- Story mode covering all sagas + movies
- What If sagas
- Shenron having permanent impact on game (character unlocks and whatnot)
- Great tournaments that rotate availability
- Edit characters with items (buffs)
- 5v5 battles
- Really Great and Epic Soundtracks
- Destroyable environments
- Entire stages could be blown up into their "destroyed" alternatives
- Mission 100 being a great challenge
- Artwork is 10/10
- Sound effects are great
- Combat feels heavy and satisfying) Only Budokai 3, Infinite World and the Raging Blast 1 and 2 and all of PSP DBZ games except of Dragon Ball Z Evolution are still considered also very solid DBZ games, also the hidden gem that a lot of DBZ fans missed from PS2 Era of DBZ games is "Super Dragon Ball Z" which is also a real Unique and DBZ game, especially for the different gameplay aspects perspective.
Does anyone else think it would be cool if this game did dramatic finishers similar to fighterZ
I would fight to get early dragonball Yamcha, maybe with his sword too similar to Yajirobe. Even just his original outfit would be cool.
DLC will be dictated by how deep they want to go in DB, DBGT characters if GT at all at launch. And Giants Characters in Lauch, like a lot of people seem to be cutting the giant ape forms of bardok and King Vegeta in there fan made rosters. Real Question is… will there be the Current Manga only Characters of Morow, Ultra Ego, Black Frezza Etc. Also Tournament of power and how many characters, probably that one giant character that was in there.
Also real question is.. how long does it take to make new characters?
I can see them doing the Tournament of Power since the trailer already features character from that arc. But its up in the air if they utilize stuff from the current manga chapters.
Unfortunately they won’t add manga stuff all the games have always followed the anime adaptation so until Moro UE vegeta etc get animated only then we will see them appear in games

Not going sell if they pull xv2 let's do the 17 packs of the way two or three characters in charge you like 15 bucks that won't work with this game it'll piss off the fans and kill it
The Game Mechanic from the older Tenkaichi Games I personally want to return are the "What-If?" Sagas and Battles! Those were easily some of the best parts of those Games.
I'm also hoping for a Dragon World where you can actually fly around and visit locations like in B3 and BT2! Maybe even bigger - something closer to, even if not *that* huge (obviously), Kakarot's World exploration! 😄
We can have unlimited possibilities for it in this new generation of gaming, like What if...gohan went super saiyan on namek instead of goku? Or what if...we got 18 becoming a perfect android instead of cell?
Bring back the fusion dance technique
They seem to be adding new moves to the franchise. They included the Hellzone Grenade-like attack Vegeta used against Buuhan before fusing with Goku. Never been in a game before.
I really hope this means they either made characters more unique so less repeated things like Full Power Energy Wave or basic Volley... or they're bringing back move customization from Raging Blast and I really hope it's the latter, it still serves the purpose of the first.

Honestly with there being dlc, my biggest concern would be local multi-player.... that's legit my only concern.

Any DLC they release for this game I will refuse to buy, and If I find out the DLC is full on GT or movie characters I straight up won't buy the game. If they add DLC characters they better just make it manga characters like Moro or something. BT has never had any form of DLC or similar content in the past, so it better not start now.

We can already see from the character slot image they've shared that it is like that. 164 characters, including transformations as characters, which is fine if we're comparing it with BT3, whose roster size also includes the individual transformations. Given that there's also potential for DLC, Sparking! ZERO could _easily_ have the most characters in any fighting game, and easily go beyond BT3 without counting transformations.

It's the 5th installment (or 6th including UT) of the tenkaichi brand. Just not a direct sequel to follow after BT3.
It's like the Revolution and Generations of the Storm series. They count as installments, but not true sequels.

I feel like we should be pushing for local multi-player in more games. Jjk wasn't great but imagine how much more bearable it would have been if you could local vs or do local coop online. So many games would have been better off with those features. They can do it, it just doesn't make as much money as buying another console.

I heard manga stuff wont be in the game as well but this is clearly false as vegeta has ssg form which is never shown in dbs so could we see goku black ss? Maybe even other forms that aren’t in the animes?
The Super Saiyan God form was shown in the DBS Broly Movie though. So it makes sense why its gonna be in the game.
The only worry that i have left about this game is if my team from bt3 makes it back. Everyone wants GT to be Dlc for whatever odd reason but i legitimately believe that i wont even play dbs characters aside from broly outside of the story mode.
Not everyone wants gt to be dlc 😂. It will be base game so they have to deal with ss4 Goku destroying their Beerus and ssblue

it just that it deosnt realistacaly fit in a 164 roster and DBS will take alot of space from the roster because it simply has more interessting characters and a bigger fanbase than gt

All I remember is a friend of mine being absolutely bewildered after he lost to me with him using Nappa and me using Master Roshi. Also, as long as I stopped him from going SS3, I could beat Goku with Pan. I MAY HAVE played that game a lot. Lol

That would be dope. I remember Sayain Saga Vegeta doing that in the first Budokai game. Also Tenkaichi 3 was the first to introduce What If Saga as a game mode.

I think goku and vegeta will be the only ones with variants in the base game (other than gogeta, vegito, piccolo, and goku black of course) and the other chatacters that have a lot of variantswill be dlc to be worth it.
We can see in the character select screenshot that there's two versions of Future Trunks, the one from the Cell Saga, and the one from the Goku Black saga, so it wouldn't surprise me if we get more than that. (For one, if they really want to do it, they might go for having Kid Gohan, Teen Gohan, and then young adult Gohan all as separate characters, given that Goku [Early] is a thing it wouldn't surprise me if other saga variants become a thing)

forms will be taking more than half the roster just like in the old tenkaichi games
@habderrahmane what I'm saying is they will have all the Canon transformations in game, and all the non-canon, movie, and filler characters will be dlc. Or they will go through the end of z and make super dlc like they did with xenoverse
