There's no "play it again" in my mac, sir. i've done whatever you said in your video but still couldnt find "play it again".... i am sure my object is a component not a group. How come???
Hi Justin, thanks for the video on this. Just downloaded and started playing with it. I have a question though. If I made a spiral staircase in this manner, how would I then be able to make a shape follow the curve along the axis I've created? For example, how would I create a stair stringer along the edge of all the treads from say 9" x 1"? I've tried using arcs to create a path along it to then use follow me, but obviously that's not the method as it's always out! I've been using Sketchup a little over a year, but am starting to apply it to more complex aspects of my work and am stuck with this one! Many thanks.
this is so interesting,thank you. what about array following a new path, not like path copy , more like position each one on a particular path like creating angulating chandelier
TheSketchUpEssentials like if you have a row of component in a straight line, and you want to rearrange them on a “S” shape line on elevation. (Not copy along path) do I make sense :)
@@SahithNayudu You shouldn't get an "unsigned" message if you have an unrestricted loading policy. Uninstall, double check that unrestricted is selected, close and open SketchUp, and try again. If it still doesn't work, I'd ask in the SketchUp forum - maybe someone there has seen this issue - I never have before, so I don't know what's wrong

Sorry - I'm having trouble visualizing what you're trying to do...

You could try standing your shape up and using DropGC - ua-cam.com/video/GaWf4O2VcIA/v-deo.html

I think that you must have your object as a component, not only a group.
Other way around - he may have his object as a group, and it should be a component 👍

the signature of this plgin is outdated i guess, its not working says "unsigned" even through unrestricted load policy.
