I suffered horribly doing the carnivore diet, my microbiome test came back awful, through a lot of work I can now eat a decent amount of fibre again and my energy is coming back. Shaun Baker and the rest of the carnivore clowns will cause tremendous harm to many over the long term. Great interview

Correct, alot of people go too mucj fibre too fast get gassy and quit. Even with doctors like here saying go slow and it takes time.
