History of Cardiac Electrophysiology with Prof. Feifan Ouyang - @CardioZurich USZ

Professor Feifan Ouyang is a senior physician specializing in internal
medicine and cardiology at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Cardiology at the
University Heart and Vascular Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf. He previously
trained and worked for 24 years at Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg.
Feifan Ouyang has done pioneer work in catheter ablation of atrial
fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias. He has published more than 220
manuscripts and papers, including nine papers as first and last author in
Circulation, four papers as first and last author in JACC, and more than 50
papers as last and corresponding author. The Circulation and JACC
papers included important work to better understand arrhythmias and
catheter ablation, which has helped shape rhythmology worldwide.
Professor Ouyang is an outstanding teacher and most of his students are
now holding senior positions in electrophysiology at leading centres around
the world.
