I have visited the new capital city every summer for the past few years and every year I’m stunned by how much they have accomplished. We’re talking about starting from scratch in the the middle of the desert. Now, all ministry buildings are finished and have moved business from Cairo to the new capital. The financial district is coming along very nicely, many residential areas are ready …… it’s incredible the work they’re doing there. I live in the United States and in my area, it can take months to repair one bridge!

Probably getting with huge debt. Just like a couple of China’s major investment corporations in the last two weeks, saying they cannot pay the US banks the borrowed from and will probably have to go bankrupt. Hopefully this other countries are not trying to make this with the same artificial growth China did, faking their GDP by accounting for the borrow and spent money, not really the net but more the gross.

The new capital of Egypt is not similar to Dubai in any way. Dubai is a very small city with a luxurious lifestyle, while the new capital of Egypt is 5 times larger than Washington, D.C. in the United States, which means it is much larger than Dubai. It also supports green energy more often and provides all types of living standards, starting from economic projects for the majority of people, medium-sized projects, and even luxury projects. It will be built in 3 levels, and the first level has been completed as you can see in the video. We do not know what projects will be built in the second or third level, but the second level is the most important project. One of the projects that may be built is the Obelisk Tower, which will be the largest tower in the world.
I cannot say for sure that the new capital of Egypt will be as successful as Dubai. This only depends on the investors who will put their money into the project. If the number of investors is sufficient, then this city will certainly be better than Dubai. However, I cannot be certain of this either, because the surrounding countries are also working on huge projects that may keep them in the lead, such as the Burj Bin Ghaith, which will be built in Dubai and is expected to be the largest tower in the world, adding a wonderful view to the city. No one knows for sure whether the new capital of Egypt will be in the lead or not, but it is certain that it will be wonderful.

They have built some of the largest water desalination plants in the world, some of the largest solar and wind farms and have turned the desert into millions of acres of farm land. School and Universities from all over the world including Russian, American, British, German universities. Also one of the largest fish farm have recently been built. Egypt has agreements with at least 5 countries in the Middle East and Europe who will be connected to the Egyptian power grid and buy electricity since Egypt has invested heavily into green sources of energy. There is very few countries in the world moving as quick as Egypt. P.s and about better hospitals we've built lots in fact Egypt is building an entire Medical City complete with facilities and a new pharma industry.

First, all of those investments are payed by hugh debt. Debt that will be a burden to egyptian citizens for decades to come. Many of them, like the greenhouses, have already failed - but the government doest publicize it.
Second, they are not that special in their accomplishments. Bordering them on the east, there is a country who is now almost 100% distilled water based (they actually use distilled water to fill an ancient salt sea; and give hugh part of their water to another country bordering them on the east), who has hugh amount of solar energy programs, who are agriculture independent (they have been growing desert vegetables for decades) and who suggested sharing that knowledge with Egypt, but egypt declined and decided to go big and costly.
