Check and clean the power cable that goes to your starter. On my van, a 1999 Oldsmobile silhouette which is the same thing, I had dim lights. The biggest culprit was the oxidized connection from the starter. I had to sand the oxidized copper off all of the connectors there.
according to factory service bulletin, there is a common ground below the drivers seat that affects problems with gas gauge/ abs lights and many other dash board problems.
Having this same problem with my 05 venture. No interior lights, electric sliding door doesn’t work and the key fob only locks the van, won’t unlock it I have to use the key. Radio stays on sometimes after I turn it off and exit the van. I’ve checked some grounds and seem good but maybe I should take them apart and clean them up a bit. Here’s a kicker, had an after market remote start added to the van a few years ago, do you think that could be the culprit? Maybe has to do with ignition
I would start with the ignition in that case, It sounds like that is the problem. But try cleaning the connection shown in the video first since its free ;)

Anyone know where can i get upgraded headlight assemblys f9r venture van?
Upgraded as in projector lighting
You would probably have to get someone who builds them, they didn't come with projector headlights
