    Hi chef, I’ve watched your videos on what it takes to becomes a chef, how to get started, and culinary school. One thing that stood out to me was your advice on getting a job. You suggested not asking for an application but rather ask directly to the manager or chef, find a chef driven restaurant, and a couple other things. Do you think you could make a video focusing more on that advice to get a job as an up and coming chef. It would be very helpful to know what to ask/say, green/red flags of a restaurant, just overall more tips on getting started as a chef. Or just leave a reply if that is easier for you. As always your content is great chef, keep it up.

    Shouldn’t double dip even at home. You will loosen the sauce with your saliva.
