I've been following your work-outs for the past few days and I really can see progress, because I can eat un-healthy occasionally but at the same time I've been able to keep fit. I would recommend to other people, you can really feel the burn if you do it correctly. and to anyone else doing her work-outs, I'd just like to say Well done on your hard work!
Lovinggg this workout. Great start to the week! I had a very stressful phone call on my way home from work. As soon as I came in the door I decided it was time to get right into today’s workout to relieve stress. This really has become my “me time”. Thanks for the awesome guides, we know you put SO MUCH work into them!

not going to lie I started as a skeptic but have found these 5 and 10 minute ab workouts very effective. not all are created equal so I save some but more are great workouts than not. it's been a only a few months a few times per week and starting to see results. like the large selection of options. hoping to see good definition in a month or two. ❤😍

Omg, WOW! That BURN! My abs were on FIRE, especially during the first 5mins on our backs & then during the Plank/Side Plank series! That one almost killed me haha :D Also loved the last few mins on our backs, it BURNED!
