Hallo Chef, Somjit.. Recioe ini tak paya bubuh lenkuas, dan sayor daun harum.. Kerana rempah u sudah cukup wangi.. Sambai paste belum nedidih jangan bubuh Buah petai dan undang.. Tunnggu medidih dulu baru turun bahan petai dan undang rawa.. Ok.. Gd job. Maju dan berjaya.. !
Hi Cheah Huat, thank you for the feedback 😀 I personally love the fragrance of lengkuas in my sambal, but it can be omitted if preferred. I'm not sure what sayur daun harum is? 😅 The petai and prawns can be added as you have mentioned, or just before the paste is bubbling 😀 Hope it helps and happy cooking!
