Proper form, maintaining conectic chain, with speed is punching power. Bruce lee maintained connected chain and form with those speeds. He would make people faces explode if he actaully hit people.

Thing is.. these performers have speed, some of them as fast as Bruce Lee but the difference is, with Bruce Lees speed you can also see there was strength in his fast moves, which i did not see or sense from the others
Nope, any fast attack is weak but depends on body weight of the attacker and the one to be hit.. a punch, swinging kick with no hip rotation is sure faster but weaker..

Too many traditional martial artists love to show demonstrations, yet never demonstrate actual fighting.
It is like a chef trying to convince you they can cook by chopping ingredients and throwing things in pots and pans, yet never producing a finished dish you can actually eat.

Tbh I don’t think he would fair well. The man was a master of attack and movement. But defense wasn’t really his strong suit, hence how he got his back broken. But his powerful offense would lead to a lot of quickly ended matches. People paying $80 pay per views would get tired of paying for 10-30 seconds of dancing followed by .05seconds of knockout action they couldn’t keep up with.
