    You can literally see him process the sound in his head and play exactly what he heard. And this all happens within a split second. This guy "thinks" in music. The very same way we think in words.

      I can see his mouth forming words although it doesn't move, and I can see his head bob as if he is about to fight, sorta saying " cmon, swing"..

      He's created his own aural language. Best we ordinary humans can do is to learn a bit of it, syllable by syllable. Meanwhile he's flying ahead of us....blessed.

    Heard a piece the brother played from "The Photograph" and ...the jazz is, I just cant describe the words ....and im old school, (Miles, Coltran etc) I love this rit here.....Young bloods doing black music much justice.

    Love it, listening to you play reminds of the musicians in my family. My grandmother was an outstanding classical pianist and now my mother has taken her place in church and in our families band. As a singer, I feel very inspired by all that you do. Keep up the Excellent work.

    You can take any Stevie song and dwallah! Simple melodies with open space and let the genius of the musician interpret what they feel. and these two don't skimp on imagination. Beautiful interpretation.

      Totally agree with you... except the melodies aren't simple, they just sound like it... I think that's a big part of his genius, and yes I believe Stevie Wonder is a musical GENIUS. The harmonies and melodies are astonishing, unexpected... magical. I listen to "Golden Lady" today, probably 40 years after I first heard it, and it's still a revelation.

That is Stevie's magic his songs sound so smooth but once you look at the sheet music, WHOOOAAA! Heck, it took me a while to play if you really love me. be blessed

    My favorite Stevie Wonder song of all time. I was blown away when Stanley Jordan used it to demonstrate how to compose a memorable song beginning. The bass player here is terrific! Wish more folks knew it. Thanks for covering it.
