This lifestyle is very appealing to me living on the road with a bike. I'm definitely going to think about getting a bike down the road. Right now my priority is to become a Nomad as quickly as I can. I'm almost there! Thanks Bob for interviewing these wonderful people!
Lol, you guys are great. 27 years ago I bought a small RV and went on a trip with it when I got home I just realized by looking at all my neighbors and family that they were like in a bird cage locked in in The birdcage was financial debt. They had wings but couldn't fly. I sold everything I owned everybody thought I was crazy I have never been so happy in my entire life. I have been everywhere done everything never had to work another day.
@@justwannasay5454 desert??? I've been to all of them that I think we're worth going to... White sands, New Mexico, but the ones I love the most were Arizona, my God I have so many great memories. I felt like an eagle and wherever I landed was my territory. When I look at the world today all I feel is sorrow and pity for those that are locked into a system that continually sucks their blood and has their hands in their billfold or purse. I feel so free and I'm so happy that the birdcage that I lived in 27 years ago had the door open. There is no way a person could know what a beautiful world that was given to them by God is like unless they make their own decision to own it.
Wonderful couple! I love to moto camp and used to do it all year round while living in Phoenix. My set up was quite simple and all I needed fit in a tank bag, saddle bags and a duffle bag on the small carrier mounted over the rear wheel. The bike was an '81 Yamaha 850 Midnight Special I found at a garage sale for a grand. I've owned a couple of Harleys but I love Chris' BMW and getting 61 miles per gallon is sweet! Almost 400 miles on a tank. Their camp set up seems ideal for them.
We went out with our Indian Roadmaster and a trailer filled with gear. We had a blast. Had everything we needed and more. Love it. Can't wait to get back on the road. Rick and Chris gave us a lot of information that helped us in planning, driving and enjoying. Although we only ride one bike I love being the passenger on our bike. My love drives and I ride. It is like my throne. I love this life and look forward to more. Thanks Rick and Chris now my goal is to talk him into the camper. LOL
This is good for those who enjoy Motorcycling. The backup to relocate & when the Weather is bad & privacy. I definitely enjoyed your facing a Challenge & sharing it. God Bless
I've been looking for a mc trailer because I'm driving a mustang and can't have over 1000 lbs dry weight. But haven't found one I can afford. Love this.
@@jeancambra8036 Why thank you. Now that we getting thru Covid restrictions I've got plans for 24-30 days out really exploring Newfoundland this summer.. Weather is still too cold here to be camping... but soon!
I feel the same way when I ride my bicycle I could see things and hear things that I wouldn't when I'm driving my truck or my van it's a totally different connection with nature and the outside
in a car you drive through a desert, forest, or mountain range. on a motorcycle you ride in a desert, forest or mountain range, its a small difference but the feeling is vastly different.
Wow, great video. First time I’ve seen someone doing the nomad life on bikes. They have so much less luggage to carry around and some nice bikes, wish them success on their new adventure 👍🏼😎
Great interview. The motorcycle option is a great way to go. if @cheaprvliving could get rtwpaul on here, that’s be a treat. He’s been traveling the world for years living off his bike, staying off pavement as much as possible.
This couple is awesome & so lucky 🍀. I’m jealous of them. They are great folks & happy. Hope they live full-time on bikes til it’s time for them to trade-in on Trikes when they both hit 100 yrs old 😎😊
great video bob..i follow rich n chris, a little... as iv done bike traveling, on a ultra classic HD..i think they're really nice people.. always up beat and positive about EVERYTHING ..thanks again bob.. Gypsy J van..
I am thinking about purchasing a Leesure Lite, which is similar but smaller, to pull behind my small car. It would give me a roof over my head, a bed off the ground, and a little space for my small dog and to get dressed or hang out in bad weather. I wouldn't need to buy a different, larger vehicle. I would be able to carry quite a bit in my car, if I am not trying to make it into a bed. Am I being too unconcerned with security?
How can I live this way with a Chevy Impala? Even if I could tow a small thingies in the back. I've been watching these videos for 5 months. I'm on a fixed income too. Blessings from Indiana
It should heal. Because the high stress level At work, family members that are toxic, husbands, wifes, the city Stress makes the body get sick. Try the van life You will be more relaxed, less stress for sure. I wish you the best. From Anaheim California
Is anyone elses favorite part when Cody walks into the frame? I swear, it brings the biggest smile every time. I love that dog
Yeahhh! I had that same smile! Pets really do have this natural way of bein' "film bombers" lol! Love Cody! And Bob too!
Driving in a 4 wheel vehicle is like watching a movie. Riding a motorcycle you’re IN the movie. Quite a different experience 👍
Two wheels big life is my favorite you tube Chanel anymore. Awesome content every week

Awesome! I used to have a few motorcycles. You can't beat the connection with the environment and the joy of driving
@Timothy Mckee I did a few times and I agree that is the ultimate way to travel in nature. Horses unfortunately are not practical in today's world

Good way to test the waters before truly living the nomad life completely.
Amazing! I just finished “Itchy Boots”, touring South Africa. She could use that! What a lovely couple! Thanks 🙏
There's no way Rich's trailer would go where Noraly goes, she's not a highway person 🤜💥🤛

Just recently I watched the video about Tommy, the fella that built his van floor plan in his bedroom. Did he ever make it to the road?

Generally speaking, they live on four wheels 😉 Awesome nomads!
These motorcycle campers you can also pull them on cars and SUVs any other type of vehicle really 🙂
Awesome
It's been said before. Go and have a look on Chris and Richard's channel, it's worth your time.
Thanks. Cheers

If she was to pull a cargo trailer they would be much better in the water situation and could upgrade the kitchen setup
