As a free diver and martial arts teacher that utilises what I term as objective meditation tracing methods back to Ancient Egypt, I have followed Stig for many years. Stig is an expert through doing. Breathe coaching has become vogue by most who are studying from outside stabbing at concepts. Stig is a doer. He lives a life of accountability for his knowledge and actions.

60 seconds, started at 20 seconds at the start of this video. breath out hold. I'm so tense Thanks stig. I've done wim hoff for 2 min before, but lately only 90 seconds ability.
Diaphragm relaxation and movement during breath out hold is very important as you said. Time increased easily.

I see what you did there. I'm holding my breath started at 20 second, breath out hold. Hard. then 30 then 40 now 50 just in this one hour. You are inspirational. The relaxation and deep diaphragm movement while standing up was helpful for me. I usually always hold my stomach in. I used to be fat and held it in because my pants were too tight. Get you pants loose, push your stomach out or relax it out. Then breath in and out slow. Feel it extend and suck in slowly. That's my two cents from a regular joe schmo nobody.
Wim Hoff has the records to show for it too. Love that guy. His method for relaxation and breathing as a drug is super effective. Ice baths are the other challenge that relaxes. He says breath M-Fer as well. Love your work, i was a skeptic and said, oxygen breath hold is cheating but very interesting. Free diving 200m is not cheating. Then again what is cheating, it's creating a different environment. That is serious and interesting. This relaxation concept is deep. Thanks, big fan here

This was a good podcast yet there was no discussion on method on how to extend breathholds. Would have been nice to have touched upon this. I watched an interview from two years ago with him and he seemed more humble, don’t get me wrong, he’s great, but there are hints of arrogance next to how he was. But I welcome all he is giving for free and I commend him for that. And I love how he says to smile. I love love your channel and thank you for all your great videos and interviews. The end was very inspiring in this interview. Fantastic actually. Great rant
