Tips for deep-fried tempura and how to make it professionally

  • Introducing how to make full-fledged tempura that will be crispy. The video explains in detail how to prepare the ingredients, how to flour, the basics of how to make batter, and how to fry vegetables and fish and shellfish without failure. It is structured so that even beginners can make it well.
    There are 5 types of vegetables: asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, large leaves, pumpkin, and eggplant, and 4 types of seafood: shrimp, squid, scallops, and surf clams. Please use seasonal ingredients if you like.
    What I would like you to pay particular attention to is temperature control. Be sure to check the temperature of the oil before frying. Vegetables are from 170 ℃ and seafood is from 175 ℃.
