Hi sisi this year I tried the Ramadan fast (I'm not muslim). You have to be done eating before 6am and you'll break you fast again after 6pm. You can do your own research, you're not allowed to be on social media, be angry, say hurtful things, lose your temper. For 30 days straight, it was hard to deal with the temptation, but I made it. Next year I'm doing it again.
Hey! Oh thank you so much for sharing this and your experience. I really appreciate it. I think this is something really worth doing and I’ll definitely do more research on it. 💜🥹🫶🏽
Thank you for being open and talking about another aspect of your life. Enjoyed the vulnerability and video 🥰. I'd done many fasts before and i'd say the most important thing is to prepare mentally and keep your purpose and outcome of it at the forefront of your mind. All the best 😇
Thank you for sharing this with us 💜 yoh fasting is so hard for me also. But I want you to know that for trying you got 1000/100 God akakudeleli ukuzama kwethu kodwa usinika umvuzo omkhulu ngako 🥰 I'll just say baby steps. See now you know you can go a full day, next time try 2 days and then nnext time you try 3. You'll get there 😊 you'll even go on a full day dry fast ❤ I am proud of you love you kesana 😘
I really needed to hear this 🥹thank you so much my love. I’ll definitely get better with time and you’re absolutely right, next time I’ll try more days and I’ll eventually be able to do a full 3 day dry fast. I love you too and thank you so much once again 💜💜💜
