Wet Molding A Leather Credit Card Wallet
Wet molding is a super fun way to work with leather - and you don't need to make a mold! We use found materials to wet mold a leather wallet which holds 20 credit cards. We used Vegetable Tanned Leather from Hermann Oak tannery, as well as simple hand tools from our sponsor Weaver Leather to create a beautiful DIY Credit Card wallet from wet molded leather. Enjoy! - Навчання та стиль
It is so refreshing to find a channel that i can watch a craftsman work and hear the sounds he makes without annoying elevator music.
!!! YES !!!
A thousand times yes! This is wonderful ASMR, highly enjoyable camera work & ambirvce, with relaxing, focusing sound effects, as well as crafting 💗💗💗

Amen to that.
Yes! That's why I also like Little King Goods
You are the real deal when it come's to hand made leather crafting . NO talk just get it done
Some while ago, the BBC had a series of programmes on craftspeople at work; no commentary, no music, just the sounds of the craft... this had the same quiet, soothing, hypnotic quality. Thank you for a lovely piece - both the vid & the wallet. Wonderful!
Hypnotic?
You make that look so easy, which indicates a hidden investment of many years to get good enough to make extraordinary craftsmanship appear so ordinary.
When I grow up I want to be just like this person. You are insanely gifted and patient, may god always bless your skills and hands.
I've only recently discovered your channel and I love it. Craftsmanship and silence. It reminds me a lot of the Ishitani Furniture channel.
It really inspires me to give leatherwork a try.
that's one of my favorite channels too
I cannot understood why some people pressing the dislike button. It was so great to share this with us
This is just a handy skill for a multitude of designs, I see cosplay utility belts through to pouches for tradesmen.
Nice!!
I love the wood thread spool for tracing corners☺
Outstanding,no music to hinder your skills .Thank you👍
It must be therapy but I love watching your videos.. My favorite tools are the edger and the hand held little wooden thingy that you use to smooth the edges. You didn't use it but I look forward to see you do! Oh one more thing to be a good leather craftsman you HAVE to have a steady hand !!
A work of art. It's so beautiful, what a precious thing to have.
Turning raw material into a thing of beauty.... magnificent...
There is something so relaxing about watching you go about your work, to create a functional and attractive object. Thanks
That is so beautiful. And I love the quietude.
Love the simple no nonsense approach to your hand stitching.
The camera angles and editing are on a scale that I don't see often. Great work and lots of content. I say this may well be a perfect video. Thank you for all your effort ❤️
Excellent ! Beautiful handmade leather work at it's finest
No words, what a pleasure, very often images speak by themselves!
Love your work. Beautiful hands!
The only problem I've had with these is when I put the snap there it groves into the cards below it. So I started making under strap closures.
you did it again. beautiful.
Beautiful job. Thank you for the demo.
Nice job been doing leather and never thought of a breath freshener can for my shaping. Always used a cut wood form. Again nice touch and blessings on ya.
What wonderful, skillful craftsmanship! Interesting to see, and learn about the process of creating this piece. Thanks for posting this video!👍🌻

Just perfect, as usual!
Really enjoyed watching your craftsmanship. Now I'm going to make a real little one to hold all my money.

Leather crafting seems time consuming.. but I love the workmanship.. I make handbags and purses myself but I make them on a machine. I'd love to branch into this area. The skills are most definitely next level 😍😍

Love your work. So inspiring. Moore videos please.
That’s beautiful
Very beautiful...!!!! Thanks
Very nice product ,I do wet molding as well ,however it always amazes me how much leather some folks waste with their projects,
Might be something you want to work on .
Great work. Definitely helpful for a Newbie like me
This is really fun to watch. The tools are very cool.
ちょうど名刺入れが欲しいとこやった
いいもの見せてもらいました
This is zen as fuck.
Very well done project!!! Excellent video!!! Chuck Knight from Buffalo, Texas. 🤠
Beautiful.
Amazing thank you for sharing 💋❤
Красавчик! Всё по делу показал, ничего лишнего.
Thats amazing ill try to do this!!!
What a fantastic tutorial...and quite meditative with just the sounds of the work. 2 questions:
1. What brand/kind of glue or cement are you using and what kind of container are you storing it in? Every thing I’ve tried as an airtight glue pot - even the traditional one from Italy - allows the glue to harden.
2. What are you using to burnish the edges? Sandpaper and water?
I’ve been working with a combo veg/chrome tanned leather for a few years now and hoping this method will work for that. Like you say, it’ll just depend on how much water the hide will absorb.
Many thanks for any additional tips you can share!

Great craft nice
Nicely done.🍁🍁
Very nice project
Это то, когда понятно все без разговоров, в России о таких мастерах говорят Золотые руки, ставлю Лайк 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very nice indeed 😊
So Beautiful
nice lil case for my altoids... tyfs
I would love to see how you did your stitching. I’m just trying to learn how to make leather sheaths for the knives I make. I just learned how to stitch with two needles on one thread but it looks like you just had one needle. I’m curious. Very well done project, I’m very impressed!!! I could sure use one of those card holders too.

Amazing like Louis Vuitton
Spectacularl !!!
Well i subscribed. Gonna try to make me one tonight cheers
Pretty nice work !!!! 👍
Mesmerizing!!! 🧡🧡🧡👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Love this. I wonder if it would spoil the craftsmanship if one used metal/aluminum foil as protection against shady-types scanning cards?
i like your work, excellent
They make awesome gift card pouches
I need one of these in black with my last name on it ASAP 💯💯💯❤️
AWESOME 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I'm intrigued that you guys trim to finished size at the beginning of your project before sewing. I always leave it to almost the last thing. Is there a reason you do that which I am missing? Perhaps it's a confidence thing. I always like to leave margins for error in case my sewing goes awry, my measuring is off, or any number of other things goes wrong. Also I don't like measuring , so I offer things up to their partner for size, then trim at the end so they are identical before burnishing.
I've always kept very trim borders while I work so that I can use wing dividers to mark an even stitch line that is parallel to the edge of the work - but there are many ways to do all of it, that's the beauty of leatherwork! I'm sure your way works great too :)
lovely sir
Exelente trabajo. Me gusta lo que haces amigo.
I like the quietness of your videos. Wish I would have stuck with the leather & kept my tools from the early 80's. Luckily a scouting friend of mine was getting rid of his a d gave them to me and I used them to teach my scouts.
Woow! Que bella
Very very lovely 👛💖
Very nice.
Fearless with the knife - very decisive!
