      I need to know where can I purchase the pattern for this travel wallet? I did access the web site for it?! Reason why?!
      I need to know if it's been "pdf" accessable? To obviously, print it out the pattern?. Thank you.
      But if its capable to be printed out on regular size paper 8.5 x 11 and not on A4 size. Thank you, again

    I know this is an older video by now, but one thing that might cut down on the consumable cost and waste of paper towels could be getting a large silicone mat (often sold as "silpat" or silicone baking sheets) to use as a surface to glue on, instead of paper towels. Very easy to clean, dishwasher safe, liquid materials won't bleed through it, and nothing sticks to it. I got one when doing resin casting to protect my bench and it's saved me a lot of hassle.

    Beautiful as usual however bulk is a real concern. One of the best things about passport sizing is that it's incredibly svelte, it fits effortlessly in a jacket breast pocket or in a front pocket.
    You've added a lot bulk to the external dimensions to the point and where it's clunky, many other passport cover designs suffer from the same issue. For the business traveler a smaller design would help.

    • @Corter
      @Corter  5 років тому +3

      totally agree! this is not a slim or streamlined passport case - the exterior measurements are over an inch larger than a passport. it's a large travel wallet that holds a passport, 2 notebooks, and a wallet's worth of credit cards. We've done a much more slim passport design on the channel, this particular design was meant to be more of an all-in-one design for something like adventure travel or people who take a lot of written notes during their travels. That's why we called it a travel wallet and not a passport case :)

    • @Corter
      @Corter  5 років тому

      I learned without a stitching pony 10-12 years ago so for the most part we don't use them - we use a stitch method where our back hand holds tension which allows us to pull both threads tight at the same time just like a stitching pony though! Don't use a grover because I don't like cutting through the grain of the leather that much - of course it's a useful tool to bury stitching on high wear areas of something like a saddle :)
