This was an unbelievable interview. McVay’s perspective is incredible.
Thanks for watching!
Robert is a real football academic and it’s awesome to see him getting props from leaders of the game like Sean McVay
His voice is too effeminate for me. I can't stand it.
It's also flat-out hilarious, in a wholesome and genuine manner, how brilliant McVay really is. Robert is a smart guy, but the sheer amount of knowledge and processing McVay does compared to him is not unnoticeable.
Omg an interviewer that lets someone talk . This is amazing.
Appreciate it!
What a great interview. Thoughful, insightful and honest. It’s rare to get such strong statements from a person being as exposed as Sean McVay. Also, it is so easy to see how great of a rapport Sean and Robert have. Keep it up with high quality content like that 👏👍
I could listen to McVay talk about football strategies/ concepts all day long, I wish there were more videos out there exactly like this one.
A coaching clinic from a mental & motivational perspective. Rams are lucky to have such a man leading the team.
McVay is so thoughtful and introspective.
A genius through and through
What a great interview. I'm so glad McVey is our coach. I've been rams fan since 1969.
And hes the best coach by far we've ever had.
And our owner is the best owner we've ever had by far.
All I can say is thank you and thank God. We went through a lot of years of misery in the 80s and 90s.
What about Malavasi and Georgia?
Just Kidding
Georgia was absolutely the worst owner ever.
Did you know she was the only owner in the NFL who used the team's money to live off of? It was only by pure luck and the grace of God that Kurt Warner came along to catapult the Rams to a championship.
We're so lucky for real
McVay, is a man that’s living present. He’s showing everyone how to be authentically yourself…. Go Rams….. #STLRams
Thank you for this interview! LA is beyond lucky to have Coach McVay.. always reminding the organization to live in the moment. If he wants to be the greatest coach of all time, he can absolutely achieve it.
Thank you for watching! More interviews to come
What a blessing as a Rams fan to have this man lead our team. LOVE YOU COACH
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!! Starting now!! Thank you for Sean for doing this and Robert for making this happen!
Thank you for watching, couldn't make it happen without your support
@@TAFootballShow my pleasure! Gonna make a reaction video to a small part of it! Just getting done work first!
I know Sean probably won’t see this, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for winning that SB. My father passed in the off season before the season started. He’s the reason I’m a fan. For you guys to come and win that made my day, year and life. I release a RAMS SB balloons to him I hope he got it. Thank you again🙏🏽
This was one of the most sensational interviews I have been able to watch. I;ll even take some of this with me in my career. "Being great does not have to be miserable". Just amazing. Thank you Robert and thank you Sean!
Thank you for supporting!
Keep bringing the cool people (and also nate every other time :P). Looking forward to this season!
Sean has a dedication to wisdom and perspective and it's why he continues to have success. At a young age, he grasped the truth that you LEARN from your mistakes, that those are the opportunities to see the blessing that trials give you. You don't learn anything from the good times, you appreciate them but it's the trails that refine your character.
Mays is the best going. Fantastic, candid interview with a football innovator.
Very cool for coach to give you flowers for what you do. You and Nate were awesome together. Both of you guys will continue to kill it. And you see why coach mcvay is one the best coaches in all of sports. Go rams 💙💛
Football Savant, absolutely awesome to see they way he can break down the game. Wow
Blessed that he is our head coach, love my rams through thick and thin and I’m happy he is our leader
This is seriously so cool. Sean offers so much insight and wisdom in this! THANK YOU for an excellent interview, the best interview of a head coach I've ever seen
That means a lot, thank you!
Seriously one of the best podcasts I've listened to. Came for the football talk - came away with some amazing life lessons
Coach McVay's growth as a man is inspirational. Rams are always going to be competitive with this man in charge because he's clearly always going to be willing to change and adapt even after winning it all.
Glad to have him
Interview all the head coaches. This was great.
Love this guy! Just brilliant. Dayton represent! GO RAMS! 🐏
Mays is the best. Great content
Thanks!
This was phenomenal.
Appreciate it. Thanks for supporting
THIS is what I've been waiting for - Sean McVay in depth
Just an outright incredible interview. Two of the absolute best. The thoughtful questions and the introspective answers are amazing. Have shared this with dozens of my friends that even don’t watch the sport. So well done!
McVay is one of the most intelligent and perceptive coaches to ever hold the job, and he's got what, like 30+ years ahead of him if he chooses to keep doing this? Dude gets it so deeply, understands what matters and uses that knowledge to keep growing and making those around him better. SO much respect for this guy, even if he did do Jared a little dirty in his quest for that title (I'm a Lions fan, but also a Stafford fan who was super happy to see him win a title with this guy. Even more happy that Goff is reaching his potential with us, along with the extra picks - but wow that trade will go down as one of the best win-wins ever).
Best coach in the game on the NFL's best podcast. What a great interview - Robert Mays is crushing it this offseason.
he could easly one of the best leaders in any branch or politics but what a blessing that he is our coach :)
As an interviewer, I know that to get the right answers, you have to ask the right questions, not a bunch of stuff from 3x5 cards. This is a great interview
Love that he brought up Duo, cause Coach has leaned more on that then wide zone the last couple seasons.
Great interview, 2 of the best in their respective fields
Thanks!
McVay sure does talk a bunch but it’s all meaningful. I also love how your responses are just as intellectual and meaningful that entices his football focused brain. Great interview!
Love these coach interviews man. Robert Mays is the best in the business. Hopefully you can get Kevin O’Connell on for an interview if you happen to visit Vikings training camp. He is very close friends with mcvay so hopefully you can get him on too. I might be bias but as a vikings fan but I think he is the most underrated coach in the NFL.
He is. -Rams fan
Seahawk fan here ... I've always liked McVay and after watching this am even more convinced that his insight, grounded demeanor and overall avant-garde energy are very credible.
To me, he falls into the camp of Mojosapiens.
What an incredible interview
Thanks for watching
This interview is everything I expected it to be
You have to talk to yourself not listen to yourself, great stuff. His vulnerability is inspiring! Even coaches need coaching.
Incredible content. Robert is awesome.
Appreciate it Christian
I understood everything coach said. Go Rams!
Absolutely incredible how he completely turned around a terrible franchise in a single season to now one of the best organizations in the NFL. Players want to play their now as much as any team in the NFL.
This is amazing! Robert is a go to! Zac Taylor Next?
Amazing interview
GOAT MCVAY
McVay is a great coach.
How many NFL coaches would be this open?
McVay's amazing
This was awesome
Sad Nate is gone. He would’ve loved to been on this interview
Now that you’ve had this interview, would you mind sharing your analysis of Sean?
best coach in the league
I’m a Seahawks fan and would give anything for him to be our coach. Any team in the NFL would. Hopefully Macdonald will be our Version of Mvcvay on the defensive side.
Here he takes responsibility for the loss to the patriots when at the time he focused on blaming Goff. It’s nice to hear him take ownership of this moment of growth. He seems to me to be just like Donald in that he goes all out everyday and there will come a time when he walks away at what many will feel as too early. Respect to him for this honesty-
Im voting for the McVay and Mays ticket in november
Hahahha
Man listening to this man you can't tell if he is a head coach or.CEO of a fortune 100 company..complete command and master communicator
That was the most expensive shit ever taken.
McVay for President
Why tf im jus seein this? Lfg 🐐
Only one man smarter than McVay in football is Bill belichick, but no one loves his players and making family then Sean. My Goat
Incredible interview. Also, “5 years from the day he retires” not “retired”. He’s probably retired but still…..probably?
🔥
20:23 love it. He has a 🐶
What will the Rams record be in 2024/2025? ✍
20-0
11-6 with deep playoff run
13-4 ... I think this is Stafford's last year... Super bowl.... Stafford vs mahomes
@@LARamsEmpirehell yeah why not
💪.A. RAMS OR NOTHIN
@@RyanHorn-fk1sghe literally just got a new contract how would it be his last year ?
He's great. He sounds so much like Jon Gruden.
McVay looks like that beaver 🦫 from Surfs Up.
I wonder why Mcvay almost retired the demands on his limited time are unsustainable
456 Grace Shoal
Rams on 3
Aaron had a few off days! That Super Bowl vs. New England, he pressured Brady maybe once! He was not a factor! This is why i still think there will never be a defensive player like Lawrence Taylor!!!! LT woulda got to Brady in that SB had he been young like AD!!!
Amazing how coach can be that intoxicated and still talk Xs and Os.
McVay has gone Zen mode. The League is fucked
wow even golden boy sean aint perfect good to see he is human and gets eye bags and occasional pimple
Sean McVay is Ben Shapiro of the NFL
I have an irrational hatred for mays' voice. I can't stand him.
An hour long interview of nails on a chalkboard?
The Atlhetic is the propaganda arm of the Rams.
Coach tripps me out.... His first words were Frisco killer / right 24 live deep 12x on 3 💪.A. RAMS OR NOTHIN
