It's what I love about being a father. Also I use to teach things I can talk about but I've noticed when someone gets it like really gets it pay attention to the eyes it's pretty crazy the pubils widen and there's a strange glow to the eye.

Crazy little things called love
I'm surprised at how gently people hit them. In my experience, new drummers beat the piss out of them.
Also there was a few super impressive drummers in this.
That might be because they work at a music store, so they are extra careful not to break anything.
Alao cause some of of them may not be as confident ? The actual begginers would be like me. All afraid to break or make anything idkkdnxnXDDD
This was SO fun to watch! My husband is a professional drummer and he has ordered stuff from Sweetwater so many times...and I cannot play drums to save my life. So seeing people trying to play drums that do not know how is exactly how I look sitting behind a drum kit! Very fun stuff, thanks Sweetwater! (By the way, I love that this company always puts a little packet of candy in their shipments...nice touch!)
This is the thing I love about the drums, it’s so easy for anyone to learn and play because it’s just hitting a bunch of things in rhythm. It’s a great set of instruments in my opinion.

I’ve been playing the drums for 10 years now, and I’m still learning every time I play so all y’all beginner drummers, keep pushing yourself to learn because it really pays of!
This is an amazing fun video. Honestly amazing. A lot of us, not to say almost EVERY SINGLE ONE of us look up to UA-camrs or professional drummers and while we find inspiration, at the same time we are met with frustration with ourselves. A lot of times feeling we're not progressing, we're not very good, etc.
And then seeing this people who can't play at all (but for sure must be very talented at what they do) gives a whole new perspective on what you can and can't do and makes you think "Ok, I can do this. That's the base. I should go slolwy from there".

Great video!! I'm now 48. 49 in June and I have always wanted to play the drums ever since I was a kid. Went to Nashville for my 20th wedding anniversary. Went to the Grand Ole Opry and saw a pair sticks with Sara and Stripes painted on them and decided you know what I'm going to try to teach myself to play the drums

this is BY FAR the best drum video I've ever seen. It isn't like a monster drum cover or a awesome drum lesson, but it got me thinking about playing drums like never before. I've aways played with drumsticks in my thighs, but now I feel like drums can be really joyfull while I'm learning how to play.
