Ingredients for bottom layer(下层材料) :
10g green peas flour (绿豆澄粉)
30g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
120g rice flour (粘米粉)
130g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
300ml pandan juice ( 6 pandan leaves blended with 300ml of water) 班兰水 (6片班兰叶加入300毫升水打烂)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
120ml water(水)
1/2 tsp alkaline water (碱水)
Ingredients for top layer (上层材料):
50g rice flour (粘米粉)
25g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
250ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1 tsp salt (盐)
250ml boiling water (沸水)
