This recipe makes 12 - 15 pcs
Full recipe listed as below :
Pandan layer :
Pandan leaves - 5-6 pcs
Water - 150 ml
Alkaline Water - 1/2 tsp
Rice Flour - 50 g
Tapioca Starch - 35 g
Mung Bean / Ang Kwe Flour - 20 g
Water - 200 ml
Caster Sugar - 100 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Coconut layer :
Thick Coconut Milk - 200 ml
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Rice Flour - 35 g
Mung Bean / Ang Kwe Flour - 15 g
Hot Water - 70 ml

此食谱可制作 12-15 块

粘米粉 - 50 克
木薯粉 - 35 克
绿豆/ Ang Kwe 粉 - 20 克

盐 - 1/2 茶匙
粘米粉 - 35 克
绿豆/ Ang Kwe 粉 - 15 克

Thank you for sharing the recipe. It turned out real good. I reduced sugar to 90gm..sweetness is just nice for me. And replaced mung bean flour with corn flour.
