I could never finish this as a kid, so this is cool to see. Well done. The grade at the end depends on your score, so it is possible to get a high grade with only a few pages by running up the score. I got a B and all I did mostly was stand on the table in the Itchy and Scratchy level shooting light bulbs. Obviously not speedrun strats.
And I thought Bart Vs The Space Mutants was weird, they really didn't try hard to make good Simpsons games back then arcade version s the sole exception till, what, Road Rage?
Oh, just saw another video, it seems the game does actually grade your performance indeed. As if beating that pile of crap wasn't already kind of a small miracle by itself.
@@rafaellima83apparently point tally, I assume you also lose grade on actual game over (when I almost cleared once the game over was A-, clearing on the same route gave me A+) Apparently the way I played incidentally was the max score route for A+ (leaving Itchy and Scratchy II for last and farming boiler fireballs for points), I genuinely sucked and was fighting the fireballs for my life, so any clear I did was 200k+, apparently the threshold for A+ clear or A- game over is 130k+
Do you know how furious this game made me as a child? I’m living through you vicariously. Great job at this speedrun.

2:23 thats some terrible scaling. Did they have to make different sprites to pull that off?
Wow - what a demo screen. That must've had kids lining up to buy this game at Toys'R'Us.
Sorry, what?
Speedrun desse jogo depende mais de sorte do que de habilidade
Mais ou menos isso! Tem algumas partes que só depende do player, mas tem outras que só vou conseguir melhorar se o jogo ajudar
Why doesn't bartzilla walk ? (sorry for my english)
You are awesome!
great!
Hi Gutosur. this run is years old now. Is this still WR pace?
@@VenusHeadTrap2 Hello!
Yes.. this run still the WR run for the Sega Genesis version.
And I thought Bart Vs The Space Mutants was weird, they really didn't try hard to make good Simpsons games back then arcade version s the sole exception till, what, Road Rage?
Can't name one game till maybe hit and run
C+?
Wtf?
Maybe it's a good grade for Bart's standards.
