This preserved ride in Disney makes me think of Walt so much. I'm so thankful at least they spared some of his imprints. Thank you for taking us for the rides I got goosebumps and tears remembering when it first came out when Walt was still alive.

They switch the parrot's place from time to time. In the video, he's next to the drunk pirate om the bridge before you enter the jail scene. The parrot was in the queue when I was there last week.
Amazing video as always! Btw, could someone tell me the reason why I hear the Yo-Ho song at first drop when there is no one there? I’m from Japan and Tokyo Pirates doesn’t have the second drop so there is no singing at the drop. So I’m just not used to it.
Both Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland pirates were designed by different imagineers so it’s hard to really know why they chose to do it that way. My guess is that we hear a pirates life for me in between the first and second drops because it’s the transitioning point between the real world and the pirate world. Kinda lets the guests know what’s coming up instead of just dumping them into the ride. That and it would be very awkward if that area was just complete silence lol
@@LMGVids Ah I see! Thank you! I really liked the scene where they fall off the world’s end and hear the singing in Pirates 3 film! Much respect to the original! :)
I'd love it if you were to redo that video where you combined all the different views (forward, rear, left, right) using this low light video technology.
Just small changes they make to every ride every so often, they actually put audio from the original ride when they took that out so its actually a cool nod to one of the original things the ride had
Some animatronics are in serious need of maintenance. The Auctioneer and Jack aren’t as fluid as they used to be, they’re more stiff and limited. They don’t have the same animated facial expressions and hand gestures.
If it's an A7Siii that he's using, and if he's shooting in slog3 (I don't know if he is or isn't), these hot pixels can show up in high ISO conditions. It goes away in brighter settings where ISO values are much lower. Yes there are annoying! I have the same issue with my A7S3. That's why in low light I use the HLG3 gamma instead. Probably too much info, but there you go!
The talking Jolly Roger in Tokyo is taken directly from this ride. Both of the Pirates of the Caribbean in Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland have a talking Jolly Roger before the drop
You know its a great day when you get to watch a video of your favorite ride with great weather! Thanks for an awesome vid LMG!!!

This is the best video of Pirates I've ever seen! So clear and well lit! Thank you for doing such an awesome job.

Incredibly done
Can see everything!!
One of my favourite rides at Disney! It’s the perfect ride to take a little break
I thought the treehouse was supposed to be complete by now!
Nope, but it has taken forever like since February!
“When next you sail…” haha
Great ride
The ride doesn’t feel the same without the sandbar parrot in the queue! I hope he’s ok!

The parrot is back at this time, it was intalled June 30th. Parrot was in rehab so he's all fresh & new 😊
@@jon-kl9mk Cool thx for the update!!!

I wish I were There Now
I’m going to Disneyland in 5 days!😃
Oswald s there so you'd want to see him
They brought back The Medallion Calls!!!!!

Wow, what time of the day was this?
Someone got new shoes! Lol
Last time I went on Pirates (and Disneyland as a whole) had the fog wall with Davy Jones and Blackbeard. Wonder why they got rid of it.

They restored the movie music?
Ya oddly enough, it surprised me too
*Aren't there two log-drops on this ride?*

Excellent video, but that dead white pixel is super distracting.

This ride scared me a little bit. I don't like drops on rides. I honestly prefer dark rides like Haunted Mansion.
I’m 1
The one in Tokyo Disneyland is way better because they have a talking Jolly Roger right before the drop!! 😔

I hate Guergo
This ride is transphobic!
