First video I've watched of yours and I am an irregular student in the making, and all I have to say is "wow, this girl speaks genuinely and incorporate wisdom to her words (which is rare to see in other Filipino youtubers)" Seeing how everything is going to be online, I am hesitant to shift but staying in my current course will only going to immensely affect me negatively. Thank you so much for this. I needed this. I'm a first year college student and I'm about to be an irregular student next year. I've made mistakes and for some reason parang tuloy-tuloy nalang mga misfortunes na nangyayari sa life ko whenever I try to push and lift myself up. I wanted to do the things that I love, gain new skills, nurture my hobbies, and slowly become the person I want to be in the future. Ang problem lang is that, somehow my college life as a student hinders me from doing all of these kase whenever I try to do these things, parang binubugbog nalang ako pabalik to the very bottom. I hate it and I really wanted to quit pero alam kong di pwede kase I do like my course and this is a journey that I must take to achieve my main goal. I know that we should accept our failures in life kase it will give us experience pero ang hirap talaga pag naiisip or naririnig mo mga tingin ng mga other students sayo, nakakalusaw ng confidence sa sarili eh. Kaya nung narinig ko last advice mo bigla nalang ako naluha.

I experience failures 2x , The first failure I've been experienced being an irregular when I was a Freshmen 1st sem. I failed 2 subjects and all of that subjects are math related hehehe. The second failure is this year 2023. I failed recently to my elective subject. I blame my instructor a lot but I know to myself there a lot of improvements needed to pass those. Right now while typing this comment I'm 3rd year again. But my remaining subjects right now is elective subjects, some minors, OJT and thesis. For my remaining time in my college years I will spend my time to review and refresh my mind from my 1st to 3rd year subjects specially math subjects. BTW I'm BSECE student I wish you will notice my comment and I will come again for my graduation day. Declaring I will finish this race.

Earlier this year i was doing so great. I was working out, taking care of myself, passing my work on time. But last month i got an episode and everything started falling apart. All the weight i gained, i lose again. My school works piled up to over 50 submit. It was hard to get out of bed. It was hard to take a shower. I would go to sleep numb and wake up. Oh waking up how i hated waking up so bad. Its so draining to put on a face acting like youre okay but i cant talk to anyone abt it bc they already think i got better. I was really unmentally stable. I'm not ashamed to become an irregular student next sem esp in nursing my mental health is main priority right now. Even my mom is discouraging me some words i don't care anymore.
Pls tell us how are u right now, this might helpful to me as a nursing student to inspire cuz im failing 1 of my major classes, idk its my fault she's just dont have consideration for giving grades
Omg! This is exactly how I felt. I was doing great with being productive; exercising, learning some skills, and had healthy habits, while being one of the Dean's lister in our sch. Then suddenly, all those fell apart. Then halos sunod-sunod na yon. For once I'll be ok, then after some time or when things happens, I'll struggle with my anxiety and all those negative thoughts on my head. It seemed that getting up, eating or even taking a bath were just so hard for me to do. I went 2 days with just eating dinner and just drunk water in the morning. I felt so numb, useless and alone. It got worst when I failed a subj then I just don't care with my acads anymore. Just wanna grad and work or rest for some time.

I failed many times too ate bioepi and mlsp but I learned from that and here I am now 3rd year na💗 Mahirap talaga siya and halos mawawalan ka na ng time subsob kana talaga sa aral but don't ever give up learn from our mistakes. Kayang kaya mo yan okiee🤗❤️fighting katusok

Same po, At first I decided to take bs pharma since I am planning to take up medschool but because of fear and negativity, I got enrolled to a course that I am not that passionate about. I took bsba fm but again my heart goes for something else. I want to learn everything about medicines, I want to give people the best and affordable medicines because it is what my community lacks.

I'm irregular nung online class 1st year college hanggang ngayun 3rd year tapos parang gunaw na mundo ko nung bumagsak ako ngayun sa isa kong subject ngayon habang sinasabi sa muka ko na wala nadaw magagawa pero alam mo yun palakasan rin sa school namin may kakilala ako na di sya pasa pero nakapasa dahil close ng parents nya ang dean. Alam mo yung parang saluhan ako ng kamalasan pero gusto ko talaga maging teacher kaya lumalaban parin ako kahit nag add 1 year ako sa college. Kapag naiinggit ako or nasaskatan iniisip ko lang pangarap ko at pumasok ako dun para mag aral at makatapos yun lang. Still praying na sana wag ako pabayaan ni lord at bigyan pa ng lakas ng loob. 🙇🏻♀️❤️❤️❤️
hello lelle! tysm for this. i'm currently a 1st year bsce student and planning to shift next school year. bago ko kunin bsce, i was having a lot of thoughts if i'm going to make it and actually like the course. i'm the type of person kasi na interested in a lot of things. i have a lot of hobbies to the point that i don't know what i'm passionate about. kaya pag sinasabi nila na kunin mo yung course na gusto mo, i end up saying, "but i don't know what i want." i was a gifted student. simula preschool hanggang grade 8, hindi ako nawawala sa achievers until everything goes down. i'm slowly going back up though pero it's not as easy as it seems. my family and friends look up to me hanggang ngayon. even though i'm not the same as before. they even joke na i can take any course kasi "magaling" daw ako. it felt good but the pressure and high expectations are killing me. that's why i ended up taking bsce since, "pag engineer ka, mataas tingin sayo ng mga tao, mataas sweldo mo," and etc. trisem kami and pang 3rd sem na ngayon. i tried and tried but i still can't see my future in this course. i'm going to fail two of my major subjects and it's taking a toll on my mental health. it was a hard decision but now, i'm going to take another challenge and be an irregular student and the course that i'm actually interested. i'm having anxiety on becoming one but because of you, kahit papano ay nawala na. your last words inspired me so much kaya sobrang thank you.

Kumbaga lahat ng oras mo ituon mo sa pag aaral. Kasi sa CE sa isang sem apat ang math niyan. Sa CE walang katapusan ang math jan. So Payo ko lang. Wag kang mag CE kung hindi ka magaling sa Math.

I am 3rd year Regular Civil Engineering. But now i realize that it doesn't fit for me and I'm not happy anymore so i want to shift to BS BIO. Noon palang dapat ako mag shi-shift pero natatakot ako sa mga assumption ng mga relatives ko but now i have courage to shift and yun nga ayos lang naman pala sa kanila at para din yun sa pang habang buhay na kaligayahan ko. I'm also an irreg medtech student may mga subs na naibagsak and yung kabatch ko halos ako nalang ata natira since lahat sila nag shift na. Sobrang stressful and nakakadrain then minsan naiisip ko na maglaho na lang or what. Nagpapasalamat ako cause I'm still fighting and hindi ako pinapabayaan ng fam ko todo support sila saken. Actually ginawa ko lahat sa subject naun wala ako absent okay mga scores ko parang napag initan ako ng prof ko. 2nd year nako ngayun at kahit online na memental breakdown ako kasi feeling ko ang laki kong failure. Nahihiya ako sa lolo ka na nagpapaaral sa akin pero ginawa ko talaga best ko at ngayun ginagawa ko parin un ngayun kasi gusto ko makatapos wala nako pakeelam sa sasabihin ng iba. Yun nga sobrang hirap mapapag iwanan ka talaga ng ka batch mates mo pero ang pinaka masaklap na naging irreg ako ay napag buhatan pa ako ng kamay ng magulang at sinabihan pa ako ng "bobo at tanga ka mag aral" because of being irreg student ay sa ojt subject pa ako na "UW" dahil yung prof ko dun ay di masyado kami naasikaso ang ojt namin. Hays ang hirap mag expect na dapat pala never ako nag fafailed pagdating sa acads pero parang gustong iparating sa akin na ganun dapat ka manipulatibo
I'm in my thrid year right now and about to be an irregular student since i failed and need to repeat two subjects, buti nalang may mga kakilala ako sa lower batch na mga naging kaibigan ko na rin. May removal naman kami kaso mas gusto ko nalang ulitin ung subjects kasi feel ko wala akong natutunan kasi tamad ako magpasa ng mga reqs. Pero ok lang saakin na malate ako grumaduate. My biggest fear is how to tell my parents and how will they accept it. Anyway, thanks sa mga advice mo!
I decided to enroll and transfer again and yes most of my subjects have been credited but there's some subjects i have to take kse yes I'm a transferee and i stop for 2 years due to i was in my health crisis and yes surgery happens also, its almost a year to cure the pain and now I'm nervous I feel like I'm back to zero 😞 first year first sem have 4 subjects same goes in my second sem first year And yes! Same goes to my second year first sem and and second sem it's soo difficult but i feel like.... motivated and wants to fight so yeah..

Im about to be an irregular this coming school year, Currently I am an IT student. I just can't help with the codings. Back then when I was gr 12, i didn't have plan b if I'm going to state universities. Because my plan b is only available to private school. I'm always and forever blaming my shs school!!! They released the grades VERYYYY LATEE na naubusan na ako ng slots. Nanlumo talaga ako. Mga leftovers nalanng na slots ang natitita, kung baga mga mahihirap na talagang course at ang ilan ay nasa top 5 na walang kwentang course based sa nakita ko. Kaya nag BSIT nalang ako kahit wala talaga akong alam as in WALA. Okay naman ang grades ko 1.something naman. But nadedrain talaga ako whenever I study coding😭😭😭😭

I am not really sure if this course I am taking now was the right course for me. Shifting course always comes to my mind but I am afraid to take the risk a lot could might go wrong lke loosing time and scholarship I think that shifting could be my escape of all the hardship I am experiencing. Yet I am now at my second year and I am stll at my current course and sometimes I still feel lost. Thank you for the word of encouragement.
Posibleng mangyari ito sa akin lalo na posibleng bagsak ako sa 2-3 subject. Tapos problema pa iyong practicum. I may shift to BS Psychology from BA Communication although it might affect my present scholarship status since fourth year na ako dapat next second sem at may practicum pa na poproblemahin.

down tlga ako after ng second sem ng 3rd year kasi maiiregular na ako pagdating ng 4th year gawa ng christian living dahil pinaasa lng kami ng registrar ng skul na hindi pinaopen yung sub na yun para lang maging regular ako ng 4th year i guess ganto talaga ang buhay sa college marami akong plano sa buhay after ko gumraduate pero nasira lang dahil sa sub na iyun.

Ansakit pero kailangan ko ng tanggapin 4th year education ako and dina ako masaya sa mga school works ko dina takot maabutan ng deadline like wala na talaga parang shift na talaga isama mo na yung mga inayos kong ibang grades nung 3rd year ako eh wala parin hanggang ngayon. Diko alam kung nasa matinong pag iisip paba ako, takot lang ako ng 1st year na magsabi sa parents kong magshift sa criminology tas ayun naabutan ng ilang taon planning na akong magshift next sem nalang.
@@IelleFaith kahit po ba hindi bagsak puwede pa rin mag summer class? ma d-delay po kasi ako pag hindi ko pa na-take ‘yung dalawang pre requisite nung OJT namin huhuhu. Ano po kaya ang magandang gawin.
I think pwede! There are schools na nag-ooffer talaga ng summer classes for those na may mga kailangang habulin na subjects. Personally, I studied in a university that didn't offer summer classes no matter what. So I really don't know much about this system 😅

I'm irregular students because I'm working students at the same time. So it's not really easy to take full load if you are working at the same time. I'm a 3rd yr college Irregular student, and 6yrs ago I stopped because of financial and health issues. So Now I am planning to continue my studies, but I don't know if I will still be able to continue what I started because of the new curriculum, the k to12 system. So I have no idea. Maybe anyone po have idea about my situation? If I can still continue the 3rd yr or I need to go back from 1yrs yr?

I experience failures 2x , The first failure I've been experienced being an irregular when I was a Freshmen 1st sem. I failed 2 subjects and all of that subjects are math related hehehe. The second failure is this year 2023. I failed recently to my elective subject. I blame my instructor a lot but I know to myself there a lot of improvements needed to pass those. Right now while typing this comment I'm 3rd year again. But my remaining subjects right now is elective subjects, some minors, OJT and thesis. For my remaining time in my college years I will spend my time to review and refresh my mind from my 1st to 3rd year subjects specially math subjects. BTW I'm BSECE student I wish you will notice my comment and I will come again for my graduation day. Declaring I will finish this race.

Earlier this year i was doing so great. I was working out, taking care of myself, passing my work on time. But last month i got an episode and everything started falling apart. All the weight i gained, i lose again. My school works piled up to over 50 submit. It was hard to get out of bed. It was hard to take a shower. I would go to sleep numb and wake up. Oh waking up how i hated waking up so bad. Its so draining to put on a face acting like youre okay but i cant talk to anyone abt it bc they already think i got better. I was really unmentally stable. I'm not ashamed to become an irregular student next sem esp in nursing my mental health is main priority right now. Even my mom is discouraging me some words i don't care anymore.

Omg! This is exactly how I felt. I was doing great with being productive; exercising, learning some skills, and had healthy habits, while being one of the Dean's lister in our sch. Then suddenly, all those fell apart. Then halos sunod-sunod na yon. For once I'll be ok, then after some time or when things happens, I'll struggle with my anxiety and all those negative thoughts on my head. It seemed that getting up, eating or even taking a bath were just so hard for me to do. I went 2 days with just eating dinner and just drunk water in the morning. I felt so numb, useless and alone. It got worst when I failed a subj then I just don't care with my acads anymore. Just wanna grad and work or rest for some time.
Hope you're doing better! I hope each day gets lighter and lighter for you! If not, I hope you don't get tired of waiting for that day! 🤍

Same po, At first I decided to take bs pharma since I am planning to take up medschool but because of fear and negativity, I got enrolled to a course that I am not that passionate about. I took bsba fm but again my heart goes for something else. I want to learn everything about medicines, I want to give people the best and affordable medicines because it is what my community lacks.

I'm irregular nung online class 1st year college hanggang ngayun 3rd year tapos parang gunaw na mundo ko nung bumagsak ako ngayun sa isa kong subject ngayon habang sinasabi sa muka ko na wala nadaw magagawa pero alam mo yun palakasan rin sa school namin may kakilala ako na di sya pasa pero nakapasa dahil close ng parents nya ang dean. Alam mo yung parang saluhan ako ng kamalasan pero gusto ko talaga maging teacher kaya lumalaban parin ako kahit nag add 1 year ako sa college. Kapag naiinggit ako or nasaskatan iniisip ko lang pangarap ko at pumasok ako dun para mag aral at makatapos yun lang. Still praying na sana wag ako pabayaan ni lord at bigyan pa ng lakas ng loob. 🙇🏻♀️❤️❤️❤️

hello lelle! tysm for this. i'm currently a 1st year bsce student and planning to shift next school year. bago ko kunin bsce, i was having a lot of thoughts if i'm going to make it and actually like the course. i'm the type of person kasi na interested in a lot of things. i have a lot of hobbies to the point that i don't know what i'm passionate about. kaya pag sinasabi nila na kunin mo yung course na gusto mo, i end up saying, "but i don't know what i want."
i was a gifted student. simula preschool hanggang grade 8, hindi ako nawawala sa achievers until everything goes down. i'm slowly going back up though pero it's not as easy as it seems. my family and friends look up to me hanggang ngayon. even though i'm not the same as before. they even joke na i can take any course kasi "magaling" daw ako. it felt good but the pressure and high expectations are killing me. that's why i ended up taking bsce since, "pag engineer ka, mataas tingin sayo ng mga tao, mataas sweldo mo," and etc.
trisem kami and pang 3rd sem na ngayon. i tried and tried but i still can't see my future in this course. i'm going to fail two of my major subjects and it's taking a toll on my mental health. it was a hard decision but now, i'm going to take another challenge and be an irregular student and the course that i'm actually interested. i'm having anxiety on becoming one but because of you, kahit papano ay nawala na. your last words inspired me so much kaya sobrang thank you.

hi i might sound fc but we are low-key on the same situation. i will become an irregular because of a failed class. i am a freshmen too so this whole thing is also affecting my mental health like legit, i dont even a have clue how to open up to my parents. and the thought being left behind sucks man 😓 bottom line tho, i have been learning a lot from this experience. and maybe i just need to get used to ignoring all expectations from anyone and just focus on what really matters to me.

Kumbaga lahat ng oras mo ituon mo sa pag aaral. Kasi sa CE sa isang sem apat ang math niyan. Sa CE walang katapusan ang math jan. So Payo ko lang. Wag kang mag CE kung hindi ka magaling sa Math.

I am 3rd year Regular Civil Engineering. But now i realize that it doesn't fit for me and I'm not happy anymore so i want to shift to BS BIO. Noon palang dapat ako mag shi-shift pero natatakot ako sa mga assumption ng mga relatives ko but now i have courage to shift and yun nga ayos lang naman pala sa kanila at para din yun sa pang habang buhay na kaligayahan ko. Ayoko naman mag sugal sa di ko gusto ahaha and thank you po for this video kasi you make me more confident and have a courage to follow my dreams.

I'm also an irreg medtech student may mga subs na naibagsak and yung kabatch ko halos ako nalang ata natira since lahat sila nag shift na. Sobrang stressful and nakakadrain then minsan naiisip ko na maglaho na lang or what. Nagpapasalamat ako cause I'm still fighting and hindi ako pinapabayaan ng fam ko todo support sila saken. Kahit mahirap kakayanin ko and kayo rin💖 if you ever feel defeated na always ask for his guidance😇always remember na hindi tayo papabayaan ni Lord and hindi nya sa atin ibibigay to kung hindi natin kaya🤗 Laban lang laban balang araw makakamit din natin ang inaasam natin na tagumpay✨💓 Claiming it in Jesus name Amen🤗

Yun nga sobrang hirap mapapag iwanan ka talaga ng ka batch mates mo pero ang pinaka masaklap na naging irreg ako ay napag buhatan pa ako ng kamay ng magulang at sinabihan pa ako ng "bobo at tanga ka mag aral" because of being irreg student ay sa ojt subject pa ako na "UW" dahil yung prof ko dun ay di masyado kami naasikaso ang ojt namin. Hays ang hirap mag expect na dapat pala never ako nag fafailed pagdating sa acads pero parang gustong iparating sa akin na ganun dapat ka manipulatibo

I'm in my thrid year right now and about to be an irregular student since i failed and need to repeat two subjects, buti nalang may mga kakilala ako sa lower batch na mga naging kaibigan ko na rin. May removal naman kami kaso mas gusto ko nalang ulitin ung subjects kasi feel ko wala akong natutunan kasi tamad ako magpasa ng mga reqs. Pero ok lang saakin na malate ako grumaduate. My biggest fear is how to tell my parents and how will they accept it. Anyway, thanks sa mga advice mo!

I decided to enroll and transfer again and yes most of my subjects have been credited but there's some subjects i have to take kse yes I'm a transferee and i stop for 2 years due to i was in my health crisis and yes surgery happens also, its almost a year to cure the pain and now I'm nervous I feel like I'm back to zero 😞 first year first sem have 4 subjects same goes in my second sem first year
And yes! Same goes to my second year first sem and and second sem it's soo difficult but i feel like.... motivated and wants to fight so yeah..

Im about to be an irregular this coming school year, Currently I am an IT student. I just can't help with the codings. Back then when I was gr 12, i didn't have plan b if I'm going to state universities. Because my plan b is only available to private school. I'm always and forever blaming my shs school!!! They released the grades VERYYYY LATEE na naubusan na ako ng slots. Nanlumo talaga ako. Mga leftovers nalanng na slots ang natitita, kung baga mga mahihirap na talagang course at ang ilan ay nasa top 5 na walang kwentang course based sa nakita ko. Kaya nag BSIT nalang ako kahit wala talaga akong alam as in WALA. Okay naman ang grades ko 1.something naman. But nadedrain talaga ako whenever I study coding😭😭😭😭

I am not really sure if this course I am taking now was the right course for me. Shifting course always comes to my mind but I am afraid to take the risk a lot could might go wrong lke loosing time and scholarship I think that shifting could be my escape of all the hardship I am experiencing. Yet I am now at my second year and I am stll at my current course and sometimes I still feel lost. Thank you for the word of encouragement.

Posibleng mangyari ito sa akin lalo na posibleng bagsak ako sa 2-3 subject. Tapos problema pa iyong practicum. I may shift to BS Psychology from BA Communication although it might affect my present scholarship status since fourth year na ako dapat next second sem at may practicum pa na poproblemahin.

down tlga ako after ng second sem ng 3rd year kasi maiiregular na ako pagdating ng 4th year gawa ng christian living dahil pinaasa lng kami ng registrar ng skul na hindi pinaopen yung sub na yun para lang maging regular ako ng 4th year i guess ganto talaga ang buhay sa college marami akong plano sa buhay after ko gumraduate pero nasira lang dahil sa sub na iyun.

Ansakit pero kailangan ko ng tanggapin 4th year education ako and dina ako masaya sa mga school works ko dina takot maabutan ng deadline like wala na talaga parang shift na talaga isama mo na yung mga inayos kong ibang grades nung 3rd year ako eh wala parin hanggang ngayon. Diko alam kung nasa matinong pag iisip paba ako, takot lang ako ng 1st year na magsabi sa parents kong magshift sa criminology tas ayun naabutan ng ilang taon planning na akong magshift next sem nalang.

I think pwede! There are schools na nag-ooffer talaga ng summer classes for those na may mga kailangang habulin na subjects.
Personally, I studied in a university that didn't offer summer classes no matter what. So I really don't know much about this system 😅

Naging irreg ako dahil bagsak ako nung nakaraan sa major ko na Marketing pero asa Fm ako that time eh and then lumipat ako sa Marketing magiging irreg na ba ko non yung mga bagsak ko babalikan ko pa huhu

I'm a late enrollee, so I naturally became an irregular student, but I was surprised to find out that my program does not offer summer classes. Are you aware if there is a law that is about or related to mandating a summer option in college? I am planning to file a complaint and I need info to back it up. Thank you♥
Hi Alois! My campus and our current department also do not offer summer classes. I don't think there is a law that mandates such.

I'm irregular students because I'm working students at the same time. So it's not really easy to take full load if you are working at the same time. I'm a 3rd yr college Irregular student, and 6yrs ago I stopped because of financial and health issues. So Now I am planning to continue my studies, but I don't know if I will still be able to continue what I started because of the new curriculum, the k to12 system. So I have no idea. Maybe anyone po have idea about my situation? If I can still continue the 3rd yr or I need to go back from 1yrs yr?
