Awesome video man
Thank you
You can use the landmine to do belt squat. By straddling the bar and the weights in front of you so youll need less weight. Just get a good carabiner or a quick release and start the belt squat from the bottom and eliminate the need for The post
I’ve seen it done that way. I tried it, but prefer the trolley arm setup. Thanks though. I even saw that elite FTS sells a product for belt squatting in the manner that you described.
I love your videos. You're good infront of a camera, well organized. I thought you'd have 20k+ subs. Keep it up!
Thanks for the compliment. Everyone has to start somewhere. 20K here we come
Love the video brother im 11 weeks post od shoulder slap and biceps tendinosis! NOT FUN but ill be back in gym asap! I just used a belt with a chain aka weighted belt and did squats just like u did only prob was need help re racking the weight. Do to the 5 lbs weight limit on my post op arm!
I had the same weight restriction but had friends to help me load
@@TheKurtlocker How does your shoulder / bicep feel now? This bicep tenodesis is no walk in the park! Thanks and thank you for your service as well happy late independence day brother!
I’m really late getting back here. My shoulder is at 100% and I’m stronger than ever.
I watch late today and go to sleep.
Sleep good homie!
Goooooood
So good
UNITIZE both arms with a pullup bar or other rogue rack accessory then you can use both weight stacks
I’ve looked at this option as well, but it requires additional installation. In an ideal world I would just own a Rhino, but I don’t have the money to spend at the moment so the trolley arms work pretty well and require minimal setup
Too bad you have an RML. A Rhino drop-in belt squat would have been perfect for you!
I’m not above drilling the necessary holes...but I like my rack mounted reverse hyper a lot.
@@TheKurtlocker I understand. But keep in mind that a reverse hyper is a one-trick pony. Imagine the opportunities for various exercises (rows, lat pull-downs, arms etc) that a rhino would create.
