Did you have any issues fitting the EVL 8-inch subs into the box? I heard someone say the diameter of the box was too small, and they had to file the wood.
Did u upgrade the battery to the famous h8 ? I have a 22” f150 and I noticed the amp light dims a bit when the bass hits a very low note on corridos I assumed that’s why the amp goes into protection mode. Took it to the shop and said everything was good but ig didn’t check my battery amp volts what do u think I should do? Been struggling for a while now
I just have the stock battery. Most of the time when the amp goes in to protect mode like that. It means the amp is bad. I had the same issue years back, the shop kept saying it was good, I replaced it and never had issues again. Even new amps can be bad from the manufacturer.

Should do some type of bypass for the epicenter for when your listening to music that dont need the epicenter or else you will clip and destroy those subs
those subwoofers need a total of 5 cubic feet of air space after displacement, and bracing. 1.25cf that is needed per sub. You're not gonna have enough air volume. With that enclosure it would actually sound better if you just have two. Its going to choke the subs. You can get away with 4cf. 1cf per sub.
Damn bro you put 4 evls in that little box? That box is meant for svrs, those evls require way more air space. That box will choke them out :0 how is it sounding now days?

Hey I just order skar 2 12” in a seal box vd 1600max with a down for sound 1700.5 salt amp.. question is never had Skar.. how good are they??

I used spacers under my rear bench seat to allow the box to fit better, so it doesnt stick out.

I ran 0 gauge and then split it into 4 gauge to the amps
