    Are there some Danish references on badminton specific sports psychology? Basic preparation is a great idea. Poor preparation can be a sign of anxiety creating avoidance. Avoidance is an attempt to escape rather than working through the process. This is true whether the task is public speaking or badminton performance. Learning badminiton is a great tool for living in the moment. The process of hitting a good clear teaches relaxation. Tension throught the shot will spoil it. Your point is that the process of warming up and getting a water bottle filled provides a focus for better perfromance and helps manange worry?
