Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cashew Nuts

A recipe for my decadent giant Chocolate Chips Cookies for your baking pleasure. Crispy on the edge, soft and chewy centre and a delightful crunch from the toasted cashew nuts bites onside with pools of melted chocolate because I didn't just use chocolate chips, I added some chocolate chunks. Weighing 170g each, these giant cookies are a dream!
1/2 cup (113g) butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
2 large eggs (cold)
2 1/3 (280g) cup flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
1/2 cup cashew nuts (chopped) (can substitute other nuts or even chocolate chips for this)
