- In this video, I'm fixing my Ford Fiesta's speedometer display.
The Speedometer LCD display was not readable since the LCD screen's polarizer film was damaged after being parked under direct sunlight for a very long time. I replaced the polarizer film to fix this issue.
This fix cost me only Rs.100.
I bought the polarizer film from Sri Rajeswar Traders, Kamal Complex, Thakaraparamb, TVM.

I have not tried on any other car yet. Even though the this method should fix the issue, the steps of removing meter console and existing polarizer will be different.

No, we did make any changes to the internals. Just the display polarizer film is changed. No ECU programming needed.

After installed ned polarizer film of Fiat linea its not working, its blank now. kindly share your suggestions.
Make sure you stick the polarizer in correct orientation. Try rotating the film before sticking like I did in the video and find the correct orientation of the film.

Brother i have removed the instrument cluster from the socket and removed but struggling in removing the front glass can you show to remove those locks from the panel
You need to carefully pry open each clip. They are fragile and easy to break. So be very gentle.

It should work with similar LCD screens. But opening and servicing may need professional knowledge. Some screens are difficult to open.
