Lot's of my jam in there, some I haven't tried. Bardstown Origins BiB-$48, KC 9-$28, MM 46-$28, Eagle Rare-$39, Buff Tr.-$30 a liter, Trails End 10yr-$60, Eastside 12yr-$60, WT Rare Br-$50, New Riff SB-$57, 1792 FP pick-$52 and Tumblin' Dice SB-$63
Ogd114 $22
Makers mark cask $39
Old Forester 1920 $56
Knob Creek SBR $51
Four roses single barrel $46
DFW Market prices. These are my core 5 re buys.
For me rare breed, knob creek 12, Jack Daniel’s barrel proof, and my absolute favorite Jack Daniel’s single barrel barrel proof rye!!!
My rebuys are Old Grand-Dad 100 proof, Early Times 100 proof, and Bernheim Original 90 proof Wheat Whiskey. I focus on how they make me feel the next few hours after 2 shots, and how I feel the next morning at 65 years old. Maybe genetic, which my liver play well with.
MM 46 CASK, Sagamore DO, Blue Note Juke Joint (94 proof), Ben Holladay SRW Rickhouse, Woodford DO, Wild turkey rare breed,
Great recommendations there Steve. Specifically the Ben Holladay. I think I need to get one on the review.
I love Old Forester, especially 1897! My top bottles I must replace when they are empty are Russell’s 10yr, Russell’s SB, 1792 Small Batch, & 1792 BiB!
Love all those recommendations there Dean.
I love Makers Mark 101 then I tried MM Cask Strength I'm hooked. Just got batch 23-05 110 proof so good even found a dunker bottle at Total Wine off Evans and Colorado in Denver 👍🏻🥃
Weller 107 is a buy every time! Love John J Bowman and Bakers 7 for repeats and honorable mentions. On the scotch side, any special edition cask strength Talisker is an automatic buy.
Those Talisker's are some fine scotch. I have a bottle of the core expression and have tried one or two others. Man I need to get back into scotch again. Good times!
Old Forester 1910, 1920, Early Times BiB and Woodford Reserve Double oak are my 4 top bourbons
Great list I’m going to have to go back to Sagamore DO it was just okay for me same with the OF 1910. I still buy the OF but it’s to make 1915. I really enjoyed the cask Sagamore it was a banger. I’m a big rye guy currently have a Old Overholt 114 and a WT 101 rye and though not a rye it is a high rye FR select on my counter two bourbon HH bib 7 and WT 101. Unfortunately in my area we don’t get ECBP but we do get Larceny BP and I’m okay with that. Again yes on these if you can get them. I’ve never seen a 107 but I don’t camp as in NE Ohio to get one you have to camp. But again I can get both MM cask daily and I really like the 46 cask. Enjoy!!
Agree with most of those. Add Rare Breed, Knob Creek single barrel, and Frey Ranch uncut for me.
Right now Evan Williams 1783 is a must at 1.75L. It’s way to good and it’s crazy versatile
I didn’t know they did it in the bigger sizes. I must not have seen them here in Colorado.
Old grandad bottle no bond has been a shelf keeper for mine for years. It’s the best budget bourbon for old fashions as it goes very well with the cherry and orange slice.
Thanks for the recommendation Alex.
All great bottles! 🥃
Weller owa for a bottle you’d always rebuy? I’m there with you if I can find the darn thing. Thanks for sharing Patrick. Top video as always.
Take a trip to Ohio!
This video should be 9 whiskeys I love lol. All I think I own.
Perfect list … 🤌🏻
OGD114 is $19.97 at Uncorked in Covington ky
I also have 4 backups. Cheers 🍻
Thats great value. I wish we could find it in Colorado for that price. I do think KY has the best prices on everyday bourbons.
Great video Patrick I love your picks and would have a great time drinking at your bar. Here are the ones I always, always, always re-buy: Old Forester 1920, Old Grandad 114, Redwood Empire Pipe Dream, Knob Creek Single Barrel (I don't really care who picked it, these are always good), Wild Turkey 101 and Evan Williams BIB (for mixer). Even thought I'm a Jim beam fanboy, I think this runs the gamut of distilleries and proof points. Plus all these are very shelf available in my area.
It’s great being able to find the whiskey you enjoy. Most importantly finding it when it’s not marked up time and time again. Have you had the new Jim beam 7 black? I’m digging it lately.
@@TheWhiskeyCove I'd live to try it, but the stores near me don't carry it yet. For some reason, Western WA always seems to be 6 months behind on new releases.
Good luck finding another c923 lol (A23 laser)
Alas isn't that the truth. C Batches don't even make it to Colorado maybe a few cases but that's it.
@@TheWhiskeyCove in NY,NJ,CT if you look really hard c923 is 300 bucks !
I found one month ago for 160 (happy with tht)… im happy cz its a A23 leaser code.
I’m going to disagree with you when it comes to Elijah Craig Private Barrels. I think people should be buying them. In my experience and in my area they are easier to find, around the same cost and are just as good and in some cases better than the ECBP releases. I have one that is 10 years old 137.5 proof that I opened the same day as my C923 and it was more balanced, and even drank less hot than the C923. I know a few other people that have the same EC Private Barrel that I own and they think it’s better than C923. I will always buy them.
Early Times BinB at Sam's Club is $19.99 for a liter. You're welcome
Now there's a bargain. I haven't seen it at my local sams sadly.
I checked again today at our Sam’s in Castle Rock and it is still there on the shelf at $19.99. For some reason it doesn’t show up when you use the store app to find it.
Have you ever heard of Old Huckleberry 102 ? #$20king
I have not. Where is it from?
Too much rambling
Ramble Brewski they used to call me in Highs School. Thanks for watching.
