in the presence of Tian Tao, you can not miss a clean, and in the presence of Lu, you can not miss a (Squat-)Jerk (even when you powered everything before that) - I still love this session, you just went straight to PR in 10 minutes (I can't do that, mad respect!)
Just started transitioning from body building focused training to weightlifting and the snatches and cleans are by far the hardest one to learn for me so just watching tons of videos on them and mentally taking notes 😭
Nice, saving the squat jerk (with no warm up on the movement) until your PR. Looked risky because everybody thought you were going to power jerk it and you dropped all the way down.
It's crazy how Lu and Tian Tao don't even look like they can lift. They need to collaborate with that cleaner guy on UA-cam and show the world the power of Chinese weightlifting.
douyin is for mainland, your posts on youtube is for overseas. they should consider splitting the coverage, with you handling overseas and the onshore media firm handling douyin

It takes time. Once you get the form right it becomes much easier. Took me 2 years to get the form down
