      Richard's World Traveler deaf doesn’t mean you can’t hear anything, that would be 100% deaf, most deaf people can hear just not good at all, people born deaf are most likely 100% deaf(I think it’s been a while since I learned about this)

    I just recently started playing pool and watching Shane is something special. Wish I would’ve started younger to have seen him play more. Luckily theres a lot of Shane’s matches on UA-cam and feel beyond blessed to be able to witness some of his greatness. Seems like a very good human being based on what i have seen Oman’s heard of him. Knowing a little bit of his background im very happy he got to where he’s gotten getting through the obstacles in life his had to go through.
    Im 28 years old. Started playing 2/3 months ago and have noticed some improvement in my game and This is thanks to Shane. The cue control this man has is second to none. 🐐

    i'm just going to address all the common comments here.
    1. the table is 7-foot. they use a 7-foot because the balls are more likely to bunch together, making break and runs less common. for huge tables, go watch the 10-ball bigfoot challenge.
    2. 8 ball on the break doesn't need to mean a win. the only reason people play like that is because on a coin op table, you can't get the ball back.
    3. a shot clock doesn't make sense for 8-ball pool. 8-ball is all about smart pattern play, adding a shot clock would just diminish the quality of play.
    4. o'sillivan would get his ass kicked. if you don't believe me, watch ronnie o'sullivan vs johnny archer in the ipt.
    5. efren reyes was good, but, he's an old ass man now. let efren have his retirement.
    6. first place prize was like $11000. the reason it's so low is because it shared a prize pool with the us open 10-ball. also, the us open 9-ball in 2019 had a first place prize of $50000. the mosconi cup also has a prize pool of about $50000. i once played a tournament at a college and won a t-shirt. so, idk what the complaint is.

    Nice games,but this looks like a smaller than normal table and is it my idea or are the holes bigger than the traditional 8bal pool ones ?

    his family raised him on that not rotation or one pocket etc. His 8ball game has always been great.

    What's up with the bar size table? How long has professional play been on bar size??

    • @6969smurfy
      @6969smurfy 7 років тому +3

      Just depends on what tournament/event sponsors put up the cash! I know one of the best bar table players in the world. When he'd plays pros on big Ts he would lose more often, when he plays them on bar boxes he would win more often ... so there are + & - to table size. & that is up to the sponsors.
