ABS has been standard since 95 or so and people have had to drive in bad weather since forever...it's also not the drivers for the most part, it's the lack of road treatment/clearing and a lot of people with the wrong kind of tires. Plus there was freezing rain, fuck anyone who pretends the people in their city are good drivers in freezing rain.
