Very helpful, this has motivated to get back on it after the summer break! I'm quite new to dieting and want to lose weight quick so would you recommend method 2?
Guys I need advice! Just received a big promotion and I can’t adjust my lifestyle to my new work hours, which are called “flexible”. I basically lost structure and all I do is rushing to meetings and fixing all kinds of issues at our company (I’m an operational manager of 18people). I can’t focus on myself because I’m always one call away from rushing to work. I can’t even get sleep because I have anxiety from being called at night so much. How can I fit healthy eating, exercise and proper sleep into my life now?? Nowadays I’m lucky if I can go get my groceries (which are pretty healthy but I tend to overeat due to the fact I don’t know when can I eat my next meal) help pls ❤😢
@@PianistoeTM Appreciate the comment! My advice would be to start setting smaller goals for yourself. For example if you can only go the the gym 1 time a week so be it. With regards to your diet try find low calorie and high protein options even if you are on the go. To help with this I’d carefully look at the menu for any nutritional information. If there aren’t any available I’d aim for a lean protein source like chicken breast or lean cuts of steak (sirloin). With all that said I’d really encourage you to improve your sleep schedule as this can positively/negatively affect your hunger hormones and energy levels. Hope this helped! 😁

I wouldn’t recommend method 2 especially if you are inexperienced. Your best bet is to stick with method 1 for long-term results!
I’ve ‘unintentionally’ tried method 2 and failed many times 😅. Btw I don’t remember the promise. Did miss something??? Either way love the videos 👍
Method 2 definitely isn’t the most sustainable. Btw that part was chopped in the final edit!
