Your testimony is so beautiful...I'm happy you and your wife's relationship was eventually healed and strengthened as you navigated some turbulent issues. Having grown up in San Francisco, I never really had a label for myself...I didn't relate to the Gay lifestyle (to the consternation of Gay friends I had in my younger days...and two of them, still a part of my life, prefer to see me/us as Gay). "Gay" venues were one part of my social relationships.... same as "straight" venues, but I didn't feel 100% in the "straight" category. My most physically sexually satisfying experiences were hetero....and when I was a young man...I always desired the standard male/female relationship and family life...for myself. Sex...even in my horniest days..was, fortunately, never a driving factor in my relationships....and that was before HIV... and it's still that way to this day. Most, not all, (there are several females) but most of my closest, loving friendships/relationships have been with males.... within the gender camaraderie we share......and that camaraderie only includes one of my two Gay friends. Yet...I have remained single...up into my old age.😄😉 It's natural for most people to label others...and relate to you...within that framework....yet, I'm very thankful and content with my life...how it's turned out. With the evolution of terminology I now know I am/was pansexual..that is the label most descriptive of me.
You really are amazing… so glad you’re here my friend. That’s what this journey has given me… it’s connected me to some truly wonderful people like yourself. So grateful and appreciative for you sharing this with me. God bless you my friend… and thanks so much for your continued support.🙏❤️

There is zero risk… it CANNOT happen. The medication reduces the amount of HIV to undetectable levels within the body, which makes it impossible to transmit. Yes wearing condoms is a good idea to protect against other STI’s.
