I've always used sos pads. My mom used them, I'm 61 now. Guess that didn't get passed on in some families

Got passed down in my family. My mom and aunts used them, and I use them. I’ve used them for over 40 years. I use as few chemicals as possible. 😊

I'm going to use Easyoff and clean the damn pan. I'm sick of the major production just cleaning a pan has become at my house. The pan is so horrible looking I can't stand looking at. Not to mention cooking anything in it. Hopefully Easyoff will work. Thanks for the video.

@@KeriPratt I just finished cleaning the pan with Easyoff. Thankfully it worked perfectly. The pan looks good as new. From now on I'm lining the pan with tin foil. I would never had thought of using Easyoff, without your video. Thanks again for some much needed instructions on cleaning pans.

@@MrGlendale111 hey i know this is a year later but i hope youve learned to use parchment paper instead of foil by now. less harmful for your health if you stick with parchment papers ;)

Cookies sheets or sheet pans are supposed to be seasoned for the best cooking results, I don’t understand why you would want to scrub off the seasoning.

Same concept is to use Brillo Pad, vinegar and baking soda.. About the same results but a little less expensive than the oven cleaner. thanks for the video!
There's another video by a different author where she show how cleaner pans cause your cooked items not to brown very well and that a "dirty" pan might be a properly seasoned pan and be fine for cooking!

It took all that time to suggest oven cleaner to clean a sheet pan. You just figured that out? We have some terrible sense people
If they can’t figure out to use oven cleaner on a sheet pan without being told.
