This is interesting because I had the absolute opposite issue. Kronozio worked great. I had to leave card dealer pro because I had to manually enter about 90% of what the AI should have picked up
I had the same issue with Krono. But never tested the other app. i've still not viewed his part 2 and 3, but... on the way i saw him manipulate krono (exemple: import photos), he must learn how it really work 🤦♂️
@mitchellbaldwin9106 Are your uploaded scans showing in your batch with the front side of the card on the left, or right? I suspect you are likely scanning the cards in backwards (I.E. the back of the card is on the left) the AI will not read the right side of the two-sided scan and therefore will not know what data to enter into the fields. I learned this the hard way after two large batches. You can swap the card images in the inspector view, but I haven't figured out if there is a way to reprocess them after that to have the AI re-attempt the processing. No AI will ever be 100% accurate however you can do things to help improve the accuracy and consistency of the AI.
I have only tried CDP and I like it a lot. As far as the orientation, you need to fix that on the scanning software after you scan the batch. It takes time, but is that only way I have figured out, unless you want to update each individual listing.
Thanks for video. Everything seemed well till I tried to scan 2024 Topps heritage. With their dark backs. Out of 25 cards only like 3 backs scan. I’ve tried 10 times and still only showing a back scan here or there.
hey like the video. I just wanted to let you know, you were using Kronozio totally wrong, it's almost instant if you use it right. It also has a limited amount of eBay posts and csv and image export, but it is a pain in the ass. Some would rather pay. I have used both a lot, and with upgrades, they kind of go back and forth in my opinion. I used Card Dealer Pro for a long time because it was way better for selling on eBay. Kronozio has a steep learning curve, but when you know the steps, it is easier and the AI is far superior to Card Dealer Pro, I mean leaps and bounds better. BUT, Card Dealer pro is far superior with eBay and exporting. As of now, it depends on what you want, but to me, it is a wash. Both are great for the price. Not trying to be rude, just wanted to get that info for you and your audience. Cheers!
Thank you for this video--it was very informative. I do love CDP's interface and connectivity to ebay and Shopify, but I am one of the few that needs to scan around 12-15k cards/month. There is just no scenario where I can switch to CDP from Kronozio because of the huge price difference. I do think that the time lag in your AI scans with Kronozio is not typical. Most bulk scanning takes ten minutes tops. Try it a few more times and I bet you'll have better results. Kronozio AI also supports Pokemon and other TCGs while CDP does not. That can be a deal breaker for many. Really do like this style of video though!
Thanks for your input on this. I do agree with the price break on this one for someone like yourself who is doing so many cards every month. That is a huge difference. I have still not seen my cards back yet so I do not know what is going on but I am going to check in with them tomorrow. I really wanted to have something from them that would work well but I just could not make it happen. However, that is only one video. I am not giving up on Kronozio just yet. I paid for the year and I intend to work out the kinks that I am experiencing and then put out another video with more updates!!
@@maxwaxpax Did you ever get your cards back? Really informative video. I'm still undecided on which to use. CDP in your video destroyed Kronozio and if it wasn't for the TCG cards I need to do I would hands down choose it. In reality I guess Im stuck with Kronozio and just don't want to accept that fact.
How does it work for just database collection? I'm not sure I want to sell my stuff but I don't want to keep paying monthly after I've scanned my collection (I haven't collected in years)
Look I tried card dealer pro for almost a month it cannot recognize 1 2024 base Topps card all the way down to 2020 Topps base cards, terrible experience I canceld.
Kronozio is 1000 times better... If you have a scanner their software integrates the scans directly into the software. You dont need to import photos and tap the spacebar 1000000 times... Been using Kronozio since 2016..
Ive hesitated to pull the trigger one one of these products to help manage my inventory. Seems like CDP is the better of the two.
Agreed. No brainer. I have not used Kronos before mainly because CDP was so good. Now I don’t have to even try. Thanks a million.
Any idea when you will upload part 2? Looking forward to seeing it. Also the video about your scanner settings. Thanks!
Just posted the full set up video!
@@maxwaxpaxawesome, thanks!

Mitchell - watch part 2 when you have time.

Good to see you back on UA-cam
finally getting back online my friend!

nice video... the information was helpful

The cadence at which you talk makes me anxious

I am having difficulty listing batches or lots to eBay using kronocard.

You can just hold the space bar down. 🙂
Probably a dumb question but can you scan graded cards with the fujitsu?

CDP is better, hands down if you are scanning in bulk.
Then why does Burbank Sports cards use Kronozio?

100% agree
I just started out on kronocard I am having a problem adding lots or batches to eBay using the auction selection.
