The “ In The Fishtank “ catalog has ISIS and Aereogramme collaborating together , and that 3 song EP is amazing ! 2 of my favorite bands doing what they do best together !
unbelievable, all these years and i never checked out the ISIS/melvins split. now after nearly 10 years i get to hear NOT ONE BUT TWO ISIS songs that i've never heard before!!!!!!!!!
The band has said that the lyrics to the songs on Wavering Radiant relate to the works and writings of Carl Jung; specifically, his theories with regards to dreaming. Turner himself said that he avoided any drug/chemical usage while writing so that he could remember his dreams more vividly, and record them in a journal. Entheogens had nothing to do with it. I don't even disagree with your point of view - but it's unfair to the band for you to throw your own agenda into their lyrics.
This is such a nice change of pace. Although maybe the one time where I wish they just stuck with the post rock sound an ditched the growled vocals, anyways thanks for adding the imagery!
I got the mosquito tattooed on my leg....my pal did it for me in his home studio...we were passing zoots the whole time then fired up the grill in his yard for a meat feast!!!
Agreed. Isis was putting out "good music" way before Tool was. To say it happened the other way around is wrong. Especially seeing as they're both sucking Neurosis' big cock.
I just can't believe this wasn't released on wavering radiant globally.
ISIS: one of the few bands whose *B-sides* still kick the ass of every other band's A-material combined.
ShdwftheSuN hahaha so true

Palms is nothing like isis... Sadly...
Mission sunset is one of the greatest songs I've ever heard!
Chino's annoying as fuck, waste of talent.
@@We_Undivided Totally agree on this one. I like Palms tbh, they have a different style. As much as I love Isis, sound must evolve constantly
Palms should've been an Instrumental Album💯🏆
Very sadly
