Finally something fresh and interesting, been waiting for somebody to showcase a little bit of the daily life in Moldova and seems like your enthusiasm is perfect for this kind of series :D p.s. what a lovely british accent you got there 😍
There is nothing worse than taking public transport in the winter..anywhere..I had to for over 2 years. But they are the cheapest option in Moldova or Eastern Europe. I prefer it though as I like to travel/live like a local as much as I can when travelling
Mihail Ichim hello my friend I am Indian coming study in Moldova in July an get visa of Moldova too but I wanna know it does lockdown over it or still there in Moldova
Try to avoid the private mini-buses. They look dangerous, and they are not user friendly for older people, tall people or those with aches and pains. They don't have a bus system there, so they use these as a poor substitute. The trams ate mostly quite modern though. Drivers don't speak English, so you are on your own if you have a question or don't know what fare to give them.
Subscribed! Watched your videos, and let me tell you - you are gorgeous! Its a pleasure to watch how you present your videos! I hope your channel grows with more subscribers. Don't stop uploading more content :) Wishing you all the best!
It's also good to take trolley-buses, as they are a very eco-friendly way of getting around. I really enjoy taking trolleybuses in Chisinau, every time i visit the city.
Te dai puțin mare dar e ok. Pentru o moldoveanca get beget, vorbești bine in limba engleză. In mijloacele de transport din Chișinău nu este taxare electronica a biletelor? Încă mai folosiți taxatoare? Cam nasol!
Trollybus is 2 lei from the airport too!! Bargain of the century. Takes you right into the centre of the city. I love the trollybus although in the Summer the walk up the hill to Teleradio is really nice. Taxis are really good in Moldova too (but maxitaxis suck!!)
awesome how you present chisinau! We are also here for a few weeks now to convert our sprinter van into a camper and I (as a german) found is soooo different to experience the public transport.
Moldova is much older than Romania. With your personal story. Romanians have no history; they arose after the Russo-Turkish war. Hungarians live a lot of cygans, Moldovans and Wallachians. There is no such ethnic group as Romanians. Because of this Romania, as a country, it is very complex and tries to attach itself to the history of Moldova. All the Hungarians (Transylvania), Dobrudja, Moldova, Lipovanie and others want to disconnect from Romania.
I like your style so much, you look and behave extremely lovely! I'm watching your videos to learn more about Moldova, as I would like to travel there someday! And of course, because you're cute! :D Salutari din Romania! :) Greetings from Romania!
Met a fella fly fishing from Moldova here in Oregon with a trophy trout! Want to put you on my patreon? Where is link? Surely your compatriots can use some dough for fotos
Wow, your videos are so fascinating! I'm into transport business. I have many drivers in Manila, capital of the Philippines. Planning to get into construction (real estate) business too. What are the requirements for foreigners (Asians like me) to invest in any business in Moldova? Is there any possibility of a 100 percent foreign-owned income-generating business in Moldova? I will also ask advice from some experts. Thanks!

John Green we do have buses! But because mini-buses are faster people choose them. In rest, I agree with you

these mini buses called "marshrutka" in Transnistria :)
This term is mostly used in all of R. of Moldova(Transnistrian region as well) as a russian word, but we young people also use the term "maxi-taxi".
It's also good to take trolley-buses, as they are a very eco-friendly way of getting around. I really enjoy taking trolleybuses in Chisinau, every time i visit the city.

Lei is already plural.
In a town (200 k inhabitants) where I live in Poland a bus ticket costs 3PLN (around €0,70) which buys you 1,5 loaf of cheap but decent quality bread.
I'm kidding..lol
