Hi.. i have one problem solving for Samsung GW not working sensor. First u must hard factory reset u're watch and then when it start dont pair with u're phone, but u must do second hard factory reset again. After that pair with your phone but dont take your back up data. And then update your all application and after u did all the steps the last active your measure HR for continuously and let it be pairing with your phone for 1 day. The sensor work again. Its work for me... Thanks
What you lying for it software issue caused to S3 editions that Samsung rolled out.. just to make us buy the new watch 4.... otherwise replace main motherboard as stated above
@@MichihiroHonda it would not surprise me that they have done this in the update to crash x amount of watches as sales possibly going slow.. why should I or we update to a new watch that your old watch was just as good as? Do you or should I say, see samsung rectfying or even accepting there is a problem in the software !!! NO is the answer... I've now gone on to Garmin music 645 .. love it its not as such as a smart watch as the s3 gear. But they're going in the right direction are garmin...
