The ones that I have and power is on when I turn it on but when I leave it alone and not touch it it would indicate that I have 91% but they want to go to sleep mode I can't turn it on anymore can this be also the same or is it a battery issue

hello there! does anybody know if when replacing the motherboard, the entire watch needs to be reprogrammed from an authorised service in order to make the new motherboard as an additional part to work with the other components of the watch and let it function properly? I was told so and I wonder if I can replace motherboard on my own or do I need to have that process done by Samsung inevitably....? thank you in advance!
