Omg for anyone who has doubts about zucchini noodles, I’m here to tell you it’s delicious. I made this recipe today and it was so good. It was skeptical about the taste, so I didn’t put the noodles in the pot with the sauce because if it didn’t taste good, I was just going boil some regular pasta lol. Honestly I don’t think I’ll make regular pasta again! Thank you for this recipe, I used ground beef for my dish and onions.
Tip: after slicing the zucchini, let them sit in a colander with a little salt, so the water can drain out for about 30 minutes.

@@ReeseCupp29 sorry my bad. I have a Bron stainless steel vegetable slicer and a Matfer Bourgeat Beriner. Both allow to to avoid the seeded core. I also leach and rinse the noodles before adding to whatever sauce I’m using. Leaching or tossing the cut vegetables in a lil salt will help draw out unwanted moisture and soften the noodles. Just remember to place in a colander to drain while you prepare sauce.
